I do not know why all these people are giving Pool Supply World such poor reviews. I feel bad that they did not have the experience they had hoped for. As for me, I have dealt with Pool Supply World for about the past five years and I have nothing but praise for the company. They have always gotten back to me in a timely manner. I've always gotten the parts that I requested. I just recently redid my whole swimming pool and ordered all brand new parts and has spent thousands of dollars on the parts all of which I ordered from Pool Supply World and every last one of them worked great and came in a timely manner sometime sooner than what was told it would be here. The only time I had something come later is because it did ship directly from the manufacturer which Pool Supply World has no control over. If I did have a problem they were quick to jump on it in a very timely manner. Their website is awesome to navigate through as well. And most of the times they have the lowest prices. They have even beaten out Walmart and Amazon for the things I have ordered.

Ordered a pool filter cartridge...received it within a week with no problems... in perfect shape. Customer service on the phone was very efficient and polite. Saved $$ compared to local pool stores.

I was very apprehensive after seeing the reviews but, I ordered on Monday and it arrived on Tuesday. I was shocked yet excited at the same time. Pool supply world also saved me about $150 from a regular pool store. I will be ordering from pool supply world again

My pool broke thanks to Hurricane Irene. Never had it replaced, leaving a worn down deck, and making my backyard an eye sore. I thought it was time to redo the deck and put in a new pool. Did some price shopping, and found out that poolsupplyworld.com has the lowest price compare to other sites. I was impressed. But yet I did not trust the site cause I have never bought anything from them. I called their customer service, just to get a feel of this company, and to my amazement, their customer service people were very polite and helpful. I eventually bought a 24 foot Reprise pool from PoolSupplyWorld.com in June Mid June. The pool arrived the following week (total less than 7 days, after placing the order), very fast shipping, but the shipper they use is R and L Carriers. Obviously you cannot compare this folks with FedEx of UPS, but they will do. Pool boxes arrived nicely, all 5 boxes intact. I was a little afraid in the beginning that the product will get damage in transit but it all came nicely. I ran to Costco to get a hand truck cause I was told the pool wall requires the hand truck for transport. Good thing I did, or else I will bust my back bad. Now I have a hand truck which I always wanted to get, to help me move heavy stuff! The driver delivered the pallet right in front of my garage, close to the deck site, while patiently waiting for me to return from Costco! What a nice guy, I must add. Anyhow, assembled all the pool and eventually found out one of the top/bottom rails bracket 11595 was missing, out of the 32. I called poolsupplyworld customer service warranty department, eventually spoke with Niki. She finalize my missing part order, and within 3 days I obtained the part, just in time for Independence day! So my experience was pleasant. I would most probably recommend others to buy any above ground pool from them, particular the same pool manufacturer, Wilbar, whom poolsupplyworld act as a distributor. No regrets, what so ever, color was good, friends and neighbors complimenting the pool, etc. What can I say more...
