I tied to order by phone, you are on hold forever. I then tried to order by chat. HELLO NOBODY home on chat. After placing the order online they sent an email and told me to call them to verify. Once again I tried twice to call and was placed on hold for so long I fell asleep. I will never order from these people again.

Purchased a $280 motor block for my Polaris 9300 robotic cleaner from Pool Supply World. One of the wheel motors stopped working 3 1/2 months after the one year warranty expired. Pool Supply World's best offering of help was a $10 discount if I purchased another motor block from them. I think I'll pass on their generous offer.

I had my item selected and wanted to be sure I had the right spa pump to replace a flo master. The guy I spent 25 minutes told me it was not the right one and he would make sure I got the right one for my hot tub He finally said I had the right one in my cart and all I needed to do was check out. A week later, order was 4 a 2 hp, they sent a 3hp even though I needed a 1 1/2 hp! Someone sent an e-mail back saying she got my pics and they were working on it. Two days and nothin. I call and was treated like dirt. She basically did not want my business or yours. Took 45 minutes to get return slip. THIS COMPANY IS VERY BAD AT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I DO NOT RECOMEND THEM AT ALL. NEVER BUY FROM POOL SUPPLY WORLD!

Their warranty is a sham. Their products are junk!! And their customer service is nothing but LIES!!! This place needs to be put out of business

I ORDERED A PART ON THEIR WEBSITE WHICH SPECIFICALY STATED "NEXT DAY AIR" AND I RESEARCHED IT WITH VARIOUS COMPANIES WHO DO SHIP ON SATURDAY BETWEEN 12-1:30!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SEEING HOW I ORDERED THIS THE DAY BEFORE I WAS EXPECTING THE PART ALL DAY AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO EMAIL ME RIGHT AWAY TO LET ME KNOW IT WONT BE DELIVERED- GET THIS, UNTIL TUESDAY!!!! CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS!!??????? I PAID $24 FOR SHIPPING "NEXT DAY AIR" TO GET IT 4 DAYS LATER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a top controller for my hot tub in February 2014. They sent the wrong one. I sent emails and calls for 3 months before I finally got them to send a replacement.. THEY SENT THE WRONG PART AGAIN. They wont bother to look at the part they are sending to see if its the same part on the invoice. Then they wont return calls or emails for weeks so you have to hound them. THIS COMPANY HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I would gladly pay double to another company than to pay them 10 cents for any other part again. I likely will have to go somewhere else since they cant tell the difference between the letters K and TSC.

Horrible. I'd like to know how many of these reviews say PoolSupplyWorld have great customer service when I can NEVER get them on the phone? Sounds a little made-up. I've been trying to deal with them for two weeks on my order and all I received so far are the Pool Liner Coping, and I'm still waiting for my liner. I finally received a shipping tracking number for what looked like my entire order, but all I got was the coping. Meanwhile, they already charged my credit card so I can't go out and buy another liner, now that I've already wasted 2 weeks of a precious summer here in MI (we barely get 3 months of swimming weather). They've only called me back once from the emails and voicemails I've left them. JUST HORRIBLE. I'll never do business with them again, ever. Now if I can only back out of my order so I can get one from a legitimate vendor. Really, are you still in the 80's over there? You can't have your warehouse communicate with your ordering system so we know the "real" status of our orders, not just some bs "we need to contact our warehouse to see if it shipped" excuses? Never again.

I placed an order, I made a bank wire and I'm still waiting for any information regarding my order. Nobody answers to the phone or replies to my mails !!I'm so disapointed. I will wait 1 week more and then I will start to complain really.
