Man, I wish I read the reviews on this site prior to ordering from this company. They have sent me the wrong filter twice. Took me days to get a hold of them to return the filter the first time. Then several more days to send the replacement filter. Then then sent the exact wrong filter again. I ordered from them May 23, 50 days ago, and have still not received the correct filter or refund. They have ignored my emails and phone messages. Filing report with FTC and BBB today. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I purchased a Hayward filter for $253.00. It didn't work properly right out of the box. In addition, it was missing the tool that loosens the filter housing. Their response was to contact Hayward directly I have filed a complaint with the FTC Consumer Protection Agency

After waiting 8 days for an order that was supposed to be shipped 2-5 days, I was told it's on back order. It would take another 3-5 days to get a response from the warehouse to know when the order would be available. I said to just give me a refund. Again 3-5 days to confirm the cancellation and 5-8 days to actually get a refund. In the mean time i ordered the same part from "poolsupplymall" I have already received the part and it's installed in my pool, and was $8 less. Still waiting for a refund from poolsupplyworld. What a joke, they should close shop.

purchased pool chemicals from them. chemicals bady out of date and didn't work. called and chatted several times and was usually disconnected. one manager tried to talk me into using the chemicals inconsistent with the manufacturers explicit directions and got angry when i wouldn't agree to do that. bad, bad, bad. dangerous people to deal iwith. rated them one as there is no zero rating.

Ordered the wrong size on a filter bag and its been 5 days and I am still waiting for a return slip . I said I will ship it back and was told no I have to wait for a return label and they will charge me $10 for return shipping and a 15% restocking fee so after their ridiculous fees my $20 dollar purchase will only receive a $5 refund if that . I responded that I can ship it back for a lot less and track the return also because her idiotic response was they have to order the return label so they can track it . She recommended I sell it on Ebay . I was floored and told her the customer service and business practices are horrible and no wonder there prices are lower because dont ever expect to return anything without them ridiculously charging over the top fees and get the item back . What a Scam !!

Purchased a Salt Cell with 3 year warranty. Item failed so the manufacture had me jump through hoops to get covered. After all that the manufacture no longer has these units available for warranty replacements. Pool Supply World still offers the item for sale on their site, has them in stock and is still advertising a 3 year warranty "FALSE". I contacted the VP at PSW and she assured me she would work something out with me. All I wanted was a 50% discount on a different replacement cell and she said she thought she could make that happen. 4 weeks later I have contacted her by email and phone numerous times with no response. She just lied to get me off the phone. I have been without my salt cell for 4 months now... Don’t do business with these people!

I Purchased a Salt Cell t-15 with a 3 year warranty from Pool Supply on Ebay. After 2 years cell stops working. I contacted Pool Supply, they tell me to contact the manufacture "CompuPool". CompuPool sends me a form requiring pictures and pool chemistry print-outs verifying salt reading. After completing form as requested I receive an email stating I have been approved for a warranty replacement. After 2 weeks of waiting I email CompuPool and I'm told that the unit is on back order with no ETA. I emailed back and asked if it could be a year and they responded they have no Idea when it will be available. So I contact Pool Supply and they said The warranty is handled by CompuPool. What csutomer service by both.
