The day I placed my order I realized one of the parts I ordered was for a different model Polaris. I tried to cancel that day but they said the order was already processed. I’ve been trying to return the wrong part but still have not received the return label. First I was denied returning because you said it was under $25. It was not, which I brought to your attention. I received a reply to send a picture of the product which seems odd. I sent it and am still waiting on a reply. So far not happy with this order. I’ve never had an issue before which is why I’m unhappy. Poor return policy.

Unsatisfactory Performance of Customer Care Department
After order was placed, not a word from Poolsupplyworld: no email, no shipping number, no delivery date, no phone call acknowledging shipment, etc. The most infuriating thing was the absolute refusal to take my calls (3 times a day for 8 days) @800-772-0467 to inquire about my order. ALL phone options were ended by a whiny female voice stating "...we're currently unavailable to take your call." Then, finally, after 11 days had passed, the product showed up on my doorstep. Where's the 4-7 day delivery promise. I will have a hard time recommending your organization to friends and others because of the flagrant failure of your Customer Care Department.

Your only a valued customer as long as you don't have a problem.
Not enough customer support staff to take calls. Still have not shipped my replacement filter, original was defective and also may have been damaged in shipment. When you call the 800 number they don't tell you what hours they are open. I have to return the damaged filter to the ups store, guess they are not going to ship me the new one until they have the damaged one , even though they have pictures indicating its defective/damaged! I guess your a valued customer as long as you don't have a problem then it's a different story.

Leslie Pool was contracted to install …
Leslie Pool was contracted to install our new heater by Poolsupply world
( we have since learned that poolsupplyworld owns Leslie Pool ). The technician did a site evaluation and refused to install heater because of bogus excuses, wanted us to buy a different heater. There was a failure in communication and we subsequently hired our own plumber for a very easy and uncomplicated install but 30 days time was wasted. I would recommend purchasing heater from another company. Basically Leslie Pool wanted more money .

Horrible service and extremely poor experience
When my order did not arrive after 10 days, I tracked it and realized it went to the incorrect place. After contacting them, it took the agent quite some time (and a couple of calls) to finally determine my order went to their office in Phoenix. I was told they were unable to find it, and that a replacement would be sent within 2 days. Well, nothing ever came, and there was no tracking at all, with no record of a replacement order. I AGAIN had to contact them, and the replacement was never sent. After yet another contact, they finally had an employee who lives in my neighborhood personally bring the parts to my home and leave them on the porch - I told them time and time again that I was really in need and counting on this replacement part (pop-up cleaning heads), but that didn't seem to matter, and while they promised they would do 'something' to make this fiasco up to me, they ultimately did nothing for me. Extremely pathetic and inexcusable - NOT happy and will never use them again.

Still shopping around
It seems like every time I find an online company to work with, it only takes 2 orders before things go south. I had been a customer of poolsupplyworld for about a year - I live in Florida, so I buy supply 5-6 times per year. First order was a disaster, but mary stuck with me and I finally got everything - some stuff too late, but it all arrived eventually. The next order was fine, ok, acceptable you could say. This last order, when i decided to install a chlorinator. ... well, I called and told the rep about my pool and he recommended the wrong type (above ground pool unit - I have an inground pool - and I told him that!) I wasted about an hour before i realized that i had the wrong unit. I had already cut the pipe and everything - so now I'm screwed, unless I can get the correct one right away. It's hot down here folks, even in winter - so my pool filter needs to run every day. I call the company - I ask for Mary my savior from before, but she apparently has flown the coop, so a gruff young man is "helping" me. I don't want to mention his name, but "gruff". After 20 mins on the phone, he tells me that they will get another one right out to me "I don't want another one, I said, I want the right one!" He assured me that it would be on it's way. I asked for next day air or at least some expedited, but gruffman told me he can't do that, unless I wanted to pay for it (!) but he told me that regular ground would be fine, and I should get it in 2-3 days. "well, I'd better!" I told him, because if I don't my pool will be first gray, then green! And that, I told him - would be their fault. No problem, he said, i would have it by the weekend (this was a tuesday).
Well, do you know that it took not 2-3 days, but 2-3 weeks! They sent the wrong damn unit again - and then more promises, more refusals to upgrade shipping (again - unless I wanted to pay for it!)
It took exactly 16 days to receive the right one. my pool did go green, but not so bad - of course poolsupplyworld refused to take any blame for it.
And now, I find myself shopping for another pool supply company. Anyone try poolcenter.com? or poolplaza? What's best for Florida? Fastest I mean...
Take care now. better luck next time.
