Shipping took a long time and once i received a $800 filter it was all busted inside. They said they would replace it but it has been a week already and I cant get any answers or a tracking number for the replacement unit. VERY poor customer service!!!

These people are SCAMMERS. They often ship the wrong thing and then force YOU to pay to return it and "restocking fees" to take it back! And getting in touch with them takes upwards of 30 minutes or more. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. It's easier, and cheaper in the long run, to head to a local pool supply store. Wow. I actually had to contact my credit card company and get them involved with these scheisters.

As a buyer, I feel that I shouldn't be bothered by the vendor and have to jump through inconvenient hoops so they can attempt to secure their e-store. What happened to I pay and they send me my order. Now I have to wait 7 days for a refund not including their slow shipping. I ordered on Monday (4/08) today is Thursday (4/12) and I was just notified my order hasn't shipped because I need to confirm the 2 transaction amounts they made. This is so inconvenient. If you want to secure our credit cards then you should really get your online broker from reputable institution. Security should be transparent and convenient to the customer.

Awful, awful company. No one has a clue what is going on in that company. I called several times and refused to speak to anyone but a supervisor. I received half my order. After a month, finally received the other half which was the wrong one but I had to use it anyway. Every time I called, it was a different person and I had to explain the saga...again. Never would I order from this company again.

I will never do business with this company ever again! ordered pool filter 5 days ago under the impression that i would see it in 1-3 days. they refuse to cancel the order so that i can order from a reputable source and receive it in a timely manor. this will be holding up a new pool construction project at this point in time. shop elsewhere and stay away!

COMPANY CHARGED ME $100 TO RETURN ITEM THAT i CALLED TO CANCEL 30 MIN AFTER I ORDERED - I GOT EMAIL 2 DAYS LATER THAT SAID THEY COULD NOT CANCEL ORDER AND WOULD CHARGE ME RESTOCK FEE AND SHIPPING TO RETURN STAY AWAY

Shady - I reached out regarding an unauthorized transaction and tried to cancel the order before it was shipped. I was put on hold for a few seconds, and was eventually told I have to go thru the third-party to file a claim (which I had already). The second I hung up the phone I got a confirmation saying the order was shipped. So it seemed like they wanted to process things on their end quickly to make sure they get paid for an unauthorized transcation on my expense...tsk tsk

A non-consumer friendly business. Company sent wrong part and refuses to exchange or refund monies. Has ludicrous RMA policy. AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS RIP-OFF!!
