I would not recommend this company to anyone. I ordered and received a Pool heater. It was damaged. After reporting this to the returned dept. I was told that i would received a call and or email with info on the return process with in 24-48 hours. That did not happen. I called customer ser each day for 3 days and ask what was happening each day I got the same answer "the gentlemen handling the return was not in" At no time after the first call did I feel that there would be a timely resolution. I am sorry that I did not check the rating on this company prior to my ordering the heater. If I had I would have never used this company for any pool products. They received very low ratings on all the sites i looked at including this site one. Long story short I did not return the Heater and ordered the damage part myself and will have it installed at my expense. I have no faith that Pool Supply World would resolve the return in a timely fashion.

Lied to about my 2 day delivery. Now waiting until Aug 22, for my delivery. Won’t order from here ever again.

I ordered a product (pool light) from this company on 7/17/2018 that was promised in 10-15 days. One month later, after multiple calls to the customer service team and promises of "calling the warehouse" to see when shipment could be made, I still do not have my product. They keep telling me that they have to check with the warehouse and that it will be another 5-7 days..... Very poor service along with failure to send me the item that I ordered. I am out the cost of the light and still have no pool light.

Horrible experience. I ordered a pool cleaner (Barracuda G3) and it arrived a few days later.A couple of days later I put it together and put it inside the water. After a few adjustment as required by the unit, it started to work. Five minutes later, it stopped. I had to go and pull it out of the water and clean the diaphragm ( one tiny oak leaf was stock inside). Every time I cleaned the unit it worked for a few minutes and stopped. After the 8th times, i quite. I called Pool Supply World on Monday August 13th and after twenty four minutes wait, talked to Victoria. She was very sweet but no help. She said that I have to talked to Stacey. She transferred me to Stacey's extension 2312 and after 6 minutes Stacey said that there is nothing she could do. I have to call manufacturer and talk to them and if they say that they can not remedy the problem, they will issue a return ticket. I called the manufacturer and talked to a very nice and professional gentleman ( Ray). He concluded that this type of cleaner is NOT compatible with our area( small oak leaves) and will not work and he said that he will call Stacey and let her know that the unit will not work.He was surprised why I was told to call them. horrible experience which has not been resolved as of now. I am waiting to hear from someone and Pool Supply before calling the credit card company. I have done everything they asked and hope this was not a run around for them to keep the money and send me after my merry way and hoping someone in the company reads this .

I ordered the correct part for my heater, by my model # and the picture on their site. Got the wrong part, sent pictures proving that they sent the wrong part. I was told by one rep they would help to solve it, and another said it was my fault. Ended up getting a refund minus a restocking fee.

Had issues with a small order and a credit card verification. They will not so your order until you verify you credits card purchase charges they they split. Super annoying for a small purchases.

I will never use this company again! Return policy is awful I had to send picture then wait to see if they accept it. Restocking fee plus shipping. Well it has been 2 weeks haven't heard back from them yet luckily I only lost 55.00 with this company!! BEWARE!!!

Initial ordering experience was quick and easy and chat function answered questions. I ordered the Polaris 360 Pressure Side Pull Cleaner and it came with Free 2nd day shipping. After I placed the order, it showed as processing for 2 days. I sent a message asking what the deal was and in the morning I got a UPS shipping notice that said it would be delivered in 5 days. When I called to ask why it took so long to process and why not 2 day shipping they said I must have changed something. I asked them why in the world would I change shipping to take longer and why would they send it slower when they provided free 2 day shipping. The lady continued to blame me instead of trying anything to fix it. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I had hopes of using this company to buy all my regular consumable supplies but not now.
