PoolsupplyworldReviews of poolsupplyworld.com

Beware of online stores I have been fooled before but this one cost me $100 on a pool vac. The online add came up on my computer as they all do Anand this one offered a Hayward pool vac foe $399 with a $100 mail in rebate . As I filled in the info apparently I checked a box to give me $15 discount. This made me ineligible for a mail in rebate. The company will not take the product back because it was in the water. They refused to acknowledge that the online offer said anything about a rebate. I hate online companies. So if you get a popup exit and log into the sight to verify. Pool Supply world still sucks

I am completely dissatisfied, for the reason that I was mis lead my one of the pool supply world reps. I was told that if I placed and order an deciden I did not want it. I could return it without restocking fees. As long as the product is in the same conditions as shipped. I took his word and I have the product in an unopened box. Pool supply wants to charge me 15pexent restocking fees. I have been calling and sending emails to speak to a supervisor. I am still waiting on a supervisor to call me after two weeks

After going through and verifying with my bank the debits against my account in two amounts so they could make sure it's not fraud denied shipping to a secured UPS location that requires signature and a safe place for a small package. Delivering thousands of packages to this location on a monthly basis is one of the most secure ways to deliver any form of package. This company would rather leave it on the front door to be stolen then to have it safely and security inside a UPS location highly recommend not doing business with this company unless you want to have your package left outside or if you want to sit around and wait all day for your packages.

The nozzle broke first time I used it

Unbelievable! I ordered a pool robot prior to the two-day shipping deadline. Hours later I received an email stating that they split my credit card charge in two because they've experienced fraud in the past. When I called I was told that I've missed the 2-day shipping deadline. I was having a party and that's why I was careful to order it by the deadline. The woman on the phone was completely unhelpful and unapologetic. It's a "technology" thing was the best I could get. I canceled the order. I would not recommend this company to anyone! There are plenty of other out there that have good customer service.

Look like company treat all customers. They post for sale BRAND NAME chemicals for expnesive price. Customers paid for and will received difference ones (cheap BRAND). I called the company have question about? They said same chemical made. Please pay high attention when you plan to order POOL supplies from this company. Nothing you can do if payment all ready made.LOSE LOSE LOSE>

Order never shipped until I called, then took another week for it to ship even though I told them to cancel it. Poor, poor service.

BEWARE!!! Scammers and fraudulent business!!!! Worst company ever !!! If you value your time and want to be stress free I highly recommend to avoid this company!!! And they are not allowing to leave negative comments on they website!!! So beware!! Don’t trust those comments !!! Was waiting for return label for 4 days and no one was bothered to call or send it to me before I finally called them myself!!! If I wouldn’t call most likely they would of just keep my money !!! I order the same day my new Baracuda G3 and filter that I was returning. AFTER 8 days of my order I called them and asked them where is my pool cleaner ? And they told me they haven’t shipped yet because supposedly they put it as suspicious activity and place it on hold and some should of call me. But I have never received any phone calls !!! So after more then a week I told my wife all that and that I we will not receive our pool cleaner because they SUPPOSED to call us and confirm that we placed this order because for some reasons our activity was marked as suspicious for a pool clean and not for filter. Long story short ! Time waisted, money lost , stressed , wife piisssed and pool still not clean !!! And now it’s takes up to 7 days to get my money back !!! ******* ??? Why you even took my money if you didn’t ship any ??? Bunch of fraud and scammers !!!
