Ordered a pump and FedEx lost it. Pool Supply World assured me I would have one in two days. Two days pass and I call to only be told it hadn’t shipped and a supervisor would have to call me back. Two hours later I call back and speak to a supervisor that was no help. All I wanted at this time is my money returned. Still waiting for a supervisor to call me about that. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Customer Service Poor. 1* I placed an order on Saturday March 23rd 2019 and on Sunday March 24th 2019 decided I could not clean my own pool as there was a lot more to it than I thought after going on line to see what to do. However, I called the company on Sunday March 24th 2019 to find they were not open. So I sent an email cancelling my order the same day. I then called them in the morning on Monday March25th 2019 to confirm my cancellation and to make sure it was done. I spoke to John. A few hours later I received a refund for 1 item only. I then called them back and they said it was too late that the order had been processed. How could they cancel 1 item. I called Fed-ex to stop delivery. They had only just picked the order up. The company could of stopped this order, but obviously chose not too. I cancelled in time to stop all this. Now they want to charge a refusal fee and also a re-stocking fee. I would not recommend this company to anyone. My experience was absolutely horrible. I did everything I could to stop this order and they did very little.

I purchased a set of 4 filters for over $129 on Ebay through them, I immediately asked to cancel this , 45 seconds later due to I bought the wrong size, I put in a cancellation request and 3 days later they contact me and say were sorry your cancellation was denied and we are shipping your product to you anyway, I contact customer support and they say to me , were sorry your cancellation was denied but you will need to pay for return shipping back to us.... Horrible transaction , Horrible customer service, 1st mistake don't ever buy from a company that has to sell on Ebay to make a little extra money.

Canceled order at 8am. They shipped it 12 hours later and want to charge a 25$ fee because it shipped. Very bad customer service.

BE WARNED! Pool Supply World may have "decent" prices but that is the ONLY thing good about this company and it is definitely not worth their HORRIBLE customer service. Purchased a Pentair IC15 from this company. Anyone that knows anything about pool equipment knows that you can not determine if a salt cell works unless it is installed with water flowing through the cell. I tried to exchange the cell 4 days after receiving it then was informed I had to follow pentairs warranty policy. Tried following pentairs policy only to find out they wanted to send me to my competition to have the cello trouble shot. Called Pool Supply World back and by the time they gave me the run around it was out of their 30day return policy. Imagine that....If they cant support a company that spends thousands of dollars a year then they WONT support anyone.

this company will rip you off , do not trust them. I purchased a standard hose for my pool total price 29.69. the hose does not fit so I wanted to return it. first of all, i need to ship it back on my dime. then they will accept or reject. If they accept they will refund me half of what I paid. nothing was listed online about the size being different. I think they are doing this to many people. Watch out Go with a reputable company

I paid for 2nd day air on Wednesday afternoon but the product is not going to arrive until Monday, 5 days later!!! I was given the bs excuse of a 10am cutt off time. 10AM!! No where was I told about this. Heck, why is 2nd day air an option after 10am? I just moved to Texas from Phoenix. The company use I worked for in PHX, has a 3pm cut off time. 3pm!! To allow customers time, 10am is just being lazy. I should have been refunded or called immediately and given the option to change shipping options. I really needed this part on Friday. I mean seruously, after 10pm on Wednesday the 2nd day air option should be disabled or have a red warning with it. I got a call from a local dealer who could have the part for me on Friday, so I called pool world supply and asked about returning it. I was told it would be a $10 charge plus a 15% restocking fee. I am pretty sure I will never order from here again. This company has great prices and in my honest opinion, they can easily compete with others online. Why do they feel they have to screw over and nickel and dime customers?
