Prompt delivery of items purchased.

2 for 2 in excellent delivery and product pricing.

I was skeptical to buy such an expensive product online, but was very happy with the quick delivery and condition of the Hayward ProGrid DE Filter 60Sq Ft. It was easy enough for me to install it myself after I got the filter valve (I ended up buying that from Amazon because I forgot to get it.). I also need a pool heater and expect to be buying it from Pool SUpply WOrld. The only thing I can't stand is the number of emails they send me.

Everything was 100 %. I think this is the first time in my life I have said that. It shipped on time, delivered on time and works perfectly. I did have to make a couple of adjustments to my pool valves to get the flow pressure correct. Thanks to Hayward for sending a flow valve with the sweeper it only took a couple of minutes to get it working correctly. Thank you Hayward and Pool Supply for the great sweeper and GREAT SERVICE.
