I ordered a 6-way valve for my sand filter. It arrived damaged - out of my control The only resolution they offered was to fee me $15 for shipping and then a 15% restocking fee before giving me credit for a replacement. .. what a joke. I will be sticking with someone reputable like Amazon for the remainder of my pool purchases. Lesson learned.

Omg! Terrible customer service. They sent the wrong part. Had to call at least 5 times and send 4 emails to try to return over 11 day period, ordered off amazon got correct part next day. Then they tried to resend after 2 emails and 2 calls saying I wanted to return for a refund since they didn't send the right part, and this was over a week later. They are terrible, 1st and last time shopping with them. They don't even have products, they outsource from 3rs parties.

I ordered a ladder for my pool 9 days ago and despite a phone call and email, I still haven’t received a shipping confirmation. Very frustrating.

R U kidding me! I would NEVER have purchased the replacement if I new that you were going to stick me with $15 plus 5%. It also took you over two weeks to send me a label. What a JOKE. LOST customer and a poor review. I'll stick with Amazon

This is the worst possible company on Internet in terms of orders and delivery! I placed my order (#L1565497) for $261.55 on May 26 and nobody ever mentioned to me that the merchandise is "back-ordered" Today, after three call to the company I find out that the possible! week of delivery (not certain – possible) is the week of July 6! Six weeks since I placed the order and with no certainty! When I asked for manager, they placed me on hold for 20 minutes and then told me that no one is available. If you value your time and money – DO NOT order anything from Poolsupllyworld!

Terrible experience with this company. After ordering a part that was defective when received. This company has failed to refund the amount charged even after I shipped it back, sent pictures, called several times. Don’t do business with these guys. I never will again.
