I ordered a pressure side Polaris for my pool at a great price. The shipping was fast. I was a bit disappointed, not with this company but with the Polaris manufacturers. In the nomenclature of the parts description, it shows parts that are needed in increase pressure to the Polaris, in order for it to work more efficiently. You know the story, they were not included. Poolsupplyworld checked into it and told me those parts are not included according to Polaris. "Then why show them!!" So I went to local pool supply.

Received order quickly and at best price around. However when I asked for their help ordering a part, the flue adapter kit for my new pool heater, they would not help me find the part number of the kit I needed. They told me to contact manufacturer. So I did and then ordered kit from Amazon. This causes me concern for future customer service needs.

Twister works OK. However, as the movement mechanism only works one way, on occasion the hose seems to get tangled and it needs to be "un-kinked".

Shipped fast, arrived broken. Our Pentair Pool cartridge filter arrived a few days after order!! Which was great but when we opened it, it had been broken during delivery. We got new parts shipped from customer service but this prevented pool from having filtration for almost a week. If you order anything make sure it’s in correct condition and be thorough!

On time. Just what we wanted. Awaiting rebate.

Never disappointed. Really 5 Star service but wouldn't let me hit the 5th star.

They provided no number to track progress of shipment did they advise on approximate time to receive as most other vendors do.

My bad...ordered 2x I did not receive order after about 2 weeks and forgot it was placed. So I ordered again last week. Yesterday received both orders! No problem, now I have a long term supply of Natur2 cartridges!! Happy Holidays
