Didn't get my order yet for almost 2 month. Very upset

I placed an order on July 2. When I placed the order, their website told me I would be receiving it at my door on July 9. It is now July 13, and the items have still not been shipped. I have called and emailed, and I'm told it will be shipped today. We'll see. I tried to cancel my order, and I can't. Their customer service is lacking, to say the least. I will continue to push for a cancellation if the order is not shipped, as promised, today.

I ordered overnight delivery expecting the item to be shipped the same day but it was not. The item was ordered on a Friday morning but was not delivered until Monday evening. I paid extra for a overnight delivery which includes weekend delivery by FedEx and or UPS, this did not happen. I requested an adjustment on the overnight delivery charge to the 2 day and that request was denied. In todays market if a company makes a claim to ship overnight it better be for overnight delivery because the services are available from major carriers. The product I received was as ordered and what I needed.

Very disappointed in the pool ladder I ordered. Very steep, very shaky, bolts will not tighten. Did't receive enough screws for assemblage.

I wanted to place an order for EB853 pump motor by calling the poolsupplyworld, the sales person put me on hold to transfer me to a specialist. As it turned out and what I guess is that I was handed over to Leslie’s pool supply without my knowledge and they (Leslie’s Pool Supples) charged me $278 for the motor after 20% discount. When I received the motor I went on to the Poolsupplyworld site and was shocked to see the price of exactly the same motor as $134. I called the number on the receipt, to my surprise Leslie’s pool supply answered. I told them that I wanted to return the motor because they charged me twice as much as on the site.. First I was told that it was a computer glitch and then asked me to send a photo of the page with $134 price and I did. The story story then changed to that we are two separate companies and they could not sell me at that price. What a fraud that I wanted to order from one site at their lower price and mysteriously passed on to another. I then wanted to return the unopened motor, they first demanded a photo of the box. Leslie’s then sent me an enail with RMA advising me of $15 shipping charge and 20% restocking fees. What a scam! No wonder Amazon has become what it is - trust and customer care. Either there is a kickback scheme going on between Poolsupplyworld and Leslie sales or they are the same company in it together. Never again will I buy from Leslie’s. Beware!

I placed an order for a product they didn’t have in stock and wasn’t noted on the order. It took me almost a week to find out where my generator was to find out by the time I get it my swimming season will be over. After the order I found one that I could have gotten by Monday of next week. I asked about refunds, same it will take 10 days for me to get my money that they took out of my account right away. Customer Service also sucks as they don’t care if they get a bad review. I will never make another purchase from them at all. They don’t even deserve the one star

I purchased a Polaris 360 for $487.11 on 6/3/19 and came to find out the day after I purchased it that it would not work with my pool equipment. 6/7 I submitted the online request to return the item and per their response I sent correspondence 6/13 with the photo of the unopened box. If they had been more responsive I would have exchanged the item but as it has been a month now (7/1) I obviously had to go elsewhere to purchase it. Although they said in order to return the item I had to pay shipping AND a 15% restocking fee AND send pictures of the item (which is still in the unopened box as it arrived) all of which I have agreed to and provided to them, they have not responded back. I requested status 6/18 and had repeated chat sessions throughout this process and I have not had contact with them in over two weeks now. They have completely disappeared. They always say they have advised superiors and escalated but nothing happens. Meanwhile I am out $500. At this point I will only be satisfied with a complete refund and if they cover the return shipping. I still have to do all the work. I have now filed a complaint with the BBB ID 13654142, Spencer Solves it NBC Houston 7/1/19, Google and others... Just to give you back ground, this equipment was for a beautiful house that was horribly vandalized and we hope to live in soon everything else has been a breeze compared to this return experience with Pool Supply World. **UPDATE** 7/15/19 -! I sent the item back with the prepaid Fedex Label and still no refund after 3 weeks. So now I really lost $500 to this scam company. At least if I had the item I could have sold it on Craig's list for half. Stay away from these scam artists.

Forget the restocking fee. They will not even let us process a return for a $500 item NEVER OPENED. SEALED. So no return policy is inforced. Companies like this should be illegal in the USA. Now I have to sell the polaris pool cleaner on a local buy sell site. We even wanted to return it and buy a more expensive one because got the wrong one. Bad business should not have such good reviews...
