I ordered some chlorine and received an email stating it would be shipped within 24-48 hours. Six days later I called and they said it hadn't been shipped and they couldn't say when it would be shipped but should arrive approximately one month after my order. This is unacceptable, trying to get my money back.

I ordered the Hayward Aquarite they sent me a SwimPure Plus. I returned the SwimPure after telling them this was not what I ordered and they sent me another SwimPure Plus. Unbelievable! I have to wait until Monday to tell them I’m done with them and return thing.

Careful who in customer service you talk too....after being told the item was the correct one...they sent the wrong size and now charging me a return shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee! Repeat business and customer satifaction is apparently not intended .

I ordered sand filter and pump combo kit, after 3 weeks it finally showed up or so I thought. the box only had hosed and hose clamps. I contacted their customer service was told to send pictures of what I recieved, which I did. I heard nothing for 5 days from them, I called them again only to find out they didn't do anything about. I was told by the customer service rep. KARA, that the order would ship out in 2 days, that's been 3 days ago, I've heard nothing, I'll have to call again.It's now been 5 weeks since I order from them and I have nothing Do not ever buy anything from them, worst customer support I've ever seen, no one there cares about the customer. Stay away for this company they don't care.

Awefull experience. I did not get the brand name I purchased. Their only explanation was "believe me it is made up of the same chemical". That's like buying a particular brand name purse, say Coach, and a genetic vendor comes and tell you and swears that his purse is made up of the same material as Coach... Likely not. It does not feel good. I feel that they just stick to rear end... Not good experience. I think that we are entitle to get the brand we buy and not come with the reasoning that "believe it is made up of the same stuff" BS. They do not deliver the brand you purchase.. be careful!!!

An order for two Big Joe Island Floats was placed on July 2,2019, with estimated delivery on July 9. Called on July 12 checking on order and was told by customer service that it would take 72 business hours to check status with warehouse. Another call to customer service was futile. After third call on July 18 with no results, I requested that the order be cancelled. In about two hours, I received an email that it could not be cancelled because it had been shipped. I received the order on July 20 with packing slip from manufacturer showing order date July 17 with packing date July 18. Fifteen days from initial order to actual order date is unacceptable. I was very dissatisfied with "customer service"!

Do not use this company. Very bad. Orders are not recieved on time at all. And the returns is absolutley impossible. I have beentrying two weeks to return a product which was not what they advertised in the first place. I get the run around. Tired of the B.S. I don NOT recommend this company!

ordered pool robot cleaner replacement part on 5/28.Was told about 2-3 weeks delivery.Around 6/11 told shipping delayed till 7/5. On 7/13, told maybe another 3-4 weeks.Because of the delays,I had to hire a company to clean pool for the summer, while waiting to fix mine. I would have purchased new cleaner at beginning of season and saved money, had I known how unreliable Poolsupplyworld is.
