This is the worst experience I ever had with an on line company. I purchased a filter 900.00, the web-site said delivery by 21st of September.. Well it showed up after I called a week after delivery was to suppose to happen. Customer service (that is a joke) tells me "oh we ran out of stock it will be 10 days". So my pool gets just deep green from all the deception from this company. When it did show up on the 1st of Oct.. I put it together get to the last part and it is cracked in half. I email it takes two days to return my email. They tell me to send the filter back. I try to explain on a few different times " I do not need to return, just send me that one part." I finally just glued it together and am buying the piece myself. THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF- Be happy to share emails with anyone.

Worst customer service ever, they will only reply on time in the morning and then radio silence. That live chat didn't work either. They also, told me they would cancel my order and 5 hours later I get a shipping notification.

I ordered the gecko 9920-100339. The part pictured on your web sight had the extended leads and the pressure switch installed. The part I received does not have the extended leads or the pressure switch. There were several sites that offered this part significantly cheaper but I chose this site so that I would have the switch and the extended leads. Unacceptable.

This company is a fine example of one that you should never do business with. I recently purchased materials to winterize my pool. They were supposed to be received promptly. I gave them a few extra days to arrive and then reached out via the chat function on the Pool Supply World Website. The rep told me that they would not arrive for another week. Needing to get my pool winterized before I left town, I requested a cancelation and then purchased the needed materials locally. The following day I received a notification that my items have shipped. I had already replaced the items as I was told they would be a week out. Now I am stuck with more materials then I need. So, I requested a return without penalty. They refuse. Don’t buy form this company if you need items in a timely manner or have a reasonable expectation of service. They take your money and don’t deliver as promised.

The worst - bought a pool cleaner - it did not work with my pool. Called to return and they told me they don't return items - I would have to deal with the manufacturer who told me I had to deal with the store. Agent was rude and unhelpful - learned my lesson - will alway buy from Amazon - no questions asked return policy. May be a few bucks more but you don't have to deal with retailers such as Pool Supply World who promise you the world and don't deliver.

Thought I was buying a pool solar cover reel set but was only buying the reel ends - who buys the real ends only. I called them to order the poles that go along with it - well sir you are going to have to call the manufacturer of the product and see what set fits those reels then you can call us back to and them - good thing I don't work for a living and have tome to spend on the the phone - How ridiculous! Now I want to return the reels and they want $15 to return and 15% restocking fee. Come on. never again!

I ordered a Bestway Layz Miami portable spa/hottub. I just set it up, it's been up two days. The heater does not heat, it's like lukewarm bathwater. Not only that the spa has stains on the inside of it from scum, it was used before??? This is totally unacceptable!!! Buyer Beware!!! Caveat Emptor!
