Pools EtcReviews of poolsinc.com

See some bad reviews on this site about Poolsinc.com, something must have happened or maybe a supply chain problem with the pandemic, but my dealing with Poolsinc.com could not have been any better! I ordered my liner before the pandemic hit but placed the order and liner came in one week later. Customer service was very good during the process, just installed the liner two days ago because of a ground water problem. This liner is a beautiful well made liner, it is an absolute perfect fit, could not be any better. This is coming from a person that did pool installation and liner replacement for over 30 years befoe retiring. The transaction process and quality of the liner could not be any better and the price was very reasonable. If I need another liner in the future, will definitely use Poolsinc.com again. Just one man's opinion.

Investigation already underway for this company.

We just installed our second pool purchased from Pools Etc. Inc. and could not be happier. The only reason for getting a new pool was that our family outgrew the original one. We fully expected that it would take longer to receive our order due to the pandemic, but we were pleasantly surprised that we received our pool in a weeks time. I have recommended them to friends and will continue to do so. Thank you

Still have no TRACKING NUMBER OR INFO ON A 2xxx.xx purchase every time I calll Debbie or Larry answers talking about they are going to have Shawn call or email but he’s hasn’t. Pool was supposed to be her ‘this week but now they saying next week I asked before I purchased the delivery time due to covid19 and they said up to 7 business days I still don’t have a tracking number and no info. I called today and if Shawn doesn’t call I’m thinking about a full refund. It really is sad that they SAY THEY HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS FIOR OVER soo many year with HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS !

Scam! Do not give them your money! They will NOT ship they will NOT get you the tracking info as promised. I want my money back now you scumbags.

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!! The order was processed as being delivered in '3 - 5' days. It has been 4 weeks now, and "Shawn" (I think the only guys who works there because he is the only one who answers the phone and I've called about 40 times) goes from saying it's been shipped, to not having a tracking number, to promising me he'll send the tracking number that day, to no being able to get the tracking number, to 'I'm not sure if its shipped'. This is a scam folks, any positive reviews are probably bots.

Ordered $4k heating AND cooling heat pump. They shipped heating-only pump ($3k). Costed me $1k price difference and $1k labor. They simply stopped responding

I got lazy as I have had great experiences ordering on line the past two years and did not research this company first. Same experience as many others, repeated calls and emails all with same response as others. It was shipped, tracking number coming, etc. All lies. DO NOT BUY from this outfit. I find it very hard to believe anyone has a good experience with this company. They must be relatives writing in. For me, off to the BBB and state attorney general’s office. Hopefully I will get my money back. If there was a negative score you could give I would do a minus 5. Do not make my mistake.
