I was totally impressed with the delivery of the Wedding Cake Steps. However, I extremely perturbed and disappointed in the functionality and usability of these steps. Do not settle and become stable at all.

If possible I would have given this 0 stars. Do Not order here! I made that mistake, without checking reviews.. we ordered a pool more then a month ago. (Talked to shaun on the phone) We didn't receive a confirmation, so I called back the next day and gave my email address again.. Shaun said he was going to email the confirmation that day. After 2 days I called back and gave another email address, because I hadn't received the confirmation or tracking information. Still no response. After I called 3 times (and gave 3 different emailaddresses) my husband called. Shaun promised to send the confirmation, but didn't do it until may 20. (We ordered the pool on may 8) I called 4 times to ask when the pool was going to arrive. Each time Shaun told me that the pool would ship that day and he was going to send tracking info. We planned a vacation on may 27, so when the pool still hadn't arrived, I called Shaun again. A week earlier he had told me the pool had shipped and was going to arrive on may 24. I called Shaun to ask about the tracking info and he said he was going to delay the shipment until after the holidays.. BUT a week earlier he told me he had already shipped the pool. I Emailed 6 times and received a confirmation each time, but never a response. Shaun doesn't call back, didn't deliver the pool, didn't reply to email and never send tracking information. (This was a $1000 pool) When I didn't received tracking info after 35 days I emailed them one last time and told them I wanted the tracking info that day or would cancel the pool and report them to the BBQ. Suddenly they were able to respond! They said we were flagged fraudulent and they had cancelled the order. This was never communicated to us and there is no reason for this. I dont understand why they need 35 days and lots of emails and calls to tell me this, while they told me several times the pool had shipped. If there was something wrong they could have contacted me by email (they had 4 emailaddresses or phone) I Googled the company and found lots and lots of bad reviews and several company names. (Poolsinc, poolsetc) Shaun telling them to contact the supplier and call back, but he never does. Save your money and time and order somewhere else. The costumer service is very bad. If I order a $3 the shirt from China I get tracking info, but at poolsinc I didn't receive it. Shaun said several times the pool had shipped, but it hadn't, so that was the reason he couldn't send the tracking info..

Ordered a pool accessory received order confirmation. Waited a week called and told item was in stock they would ship today and send tracking number. No tracking number sent. Called again same scenario. Called after a month and cancelled. Will order from other source or buy local.

Ordered on line. Product did not come....called and e-mailed. Kept giving me the run around. Once they get your money you will not get product or refund!

I ordered from this company on 2/6 they charged my account immediately when I didn't receive after three weeks I called them they said it was on its way, waited another week called again it will be sent maybe at the end of the next week it has now been five weeks I asked them for a refund since they had been lying all along about delivery, They said they would refund that day a week has gone by no refund called them again oops he forgot to send through credit will do immediately still checking my account still no refund. DO NOT ORDER from this company they evidentally don't have the merchandise then lie about shipping then lie about refund in order to hold your money for 2 to 3 months. I read about them on internet and other people have the same problem with them just like I have , wish I had researched them first!

Terrible service. They do not do what they claim. They will not call you back and continously give you the run around. I will never order from this company again and I will warn everyone I know about their poor service. I only gave them 1 star because it would not let me give them the 0 they deserve.

I order a pool pump from pools etc inc and explained to them that my pump died and I need one ASAP, they guy said they could have one to me in 2 days. Seeing they were based out of MA, only a couple of hours from me, I found that believable. The 2 days came and went and I called and they said it would be to me the next business day (Monday) waited all day and nothing. Called again and they said " oh the products do not ship from MA they ship from South Carolina" They said I should have it tomorrow. I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND I HIGHLY SUGGEST IF YOU WANT YOUR PRODUCT IN A TIMELY FASHION...FIND SOME OTHER COMPANY!!!
