Do not order from this company. We ordered a pool May 7. They sent us the wrong pool. We did not know until it was installed and the upright supports did not fit. We have not been able to get an answer when this issues will be fixed. All we need are the new uprights and a new liner. The communication is horrible. We just received the filter today which was on back order due to the virus, but we still can’t use our pool because of their screw up. I am beyond upset. We are at the point where they can come get their pool and reimburse us because who knows if we will be able to use the pool this summer.

We ordered our pool on may 10th. My husband for sure thought I was getting scammed because everytime we called it was something else. First it was the liner then it was the supplier and so on. Well we officially got our pool kit and some extras that we ordered two days ago. We haven’t installed it yet but it did arrive if that helps put some people at ease. Shaun, Debbie and Larry have been great through the process of me and my mom calling almost everyday for the last couple weeks asking for answers. They were patient and sent emails, calls and voicemails to let us know what was going on. Be patient your stuff will come it’s just taking extra time cus of this damn virus.

Ordered in May. Keep asking for updates but not receiving a response. Going to initiate refund request and file complaints with the BBB and consumer protection if responses aren’t forthcoming. I know production times are longer with COVID, but I would advise you use another company. This one has terrible customer service and doesn’t deliver on their promises. UPDATE: when I wrote them on 6/24 to ask for a specific update on my order (Instead of a generic email with an article from the NYT about the increased demand for pools-duh), they shamed me for asking and canceled my order (see their response below for an example). They said I would receive a refund in 5-10 business days and I still haven’t (it’s July 12). I’m having to file a claim with my credit card company.

Ordered liner on 5-29, was in-stock, in stock orders ship same day. Web-site shows not shipped. Also web-site state, cc not charged until shipped, cc was charged on 5-29.. Use these guys in the past and was ok. Communication and web information horrible. Going to open a dispute with mastercard if no info and no product by next Wednesday. Update: Shaun did respond, item is on it's way, verified by tracking number..

Ordered in April. $900 Still no word from this company. But they took my money and will not answer thier phones . No pool was delivered . I have a useless order number and missing money...SCAM or just bad costumer service???

-I ordered a Pool for $1,700 they charged me an extra $100 for "handling" so $1,800 total. -The website (poolsinc.com) says 3 to 8 days for arrival. -Bad communication -A 20% restocking fee on anything you order if cancelled, even if it never ships. -Use Covid 19 as an excuse for not shipping, then why does the website say 3-8 day arrival time (don't you think that is misleading to everyone that places an order expecting to have an item in 3-8 days? Are you unable to update your website for over 3 months?) Company keeps telling me different time lines for shipping. It stated on their website a 3-8 day arrival time, that turned into 2 weeks, then 4 weeks, then i get a runaround of their supplier my be backed up, now they will not answer the phone. ***This is a scam. *** They will take your money as soon as you order and never ship the item but will charge you a 20% "restocking" fee if you cancel your order. They have 3 different business names Poolsinc, Pools Ect and Recreation Discount Wholesale Inc. All of them have very bad reviews and have an F rating with the BBB To top it all off they post FAKE reviews almost on a daily basis to bump their ratings up. Doesn't work. Using Covid-19 as an excuse is despicable. If that was truly the case then you would update it on your website and contact your customers that have orders in. It is unbelievable to me that the owner is not in jail but i'm sure it will happen soon.

On May 22, 2020 I ordered a gorilla pad for my above-the-ground pool install. When I ordered it, it said ‘3-8 day shipping.’ I received an email invoice upon placing my order. I then heard, ‘nothing’ for 4 days. My invoice kept stating’ unfulfilled’. On the 5th day I called in a panic, that I have been duped. I was on hold for 36 minutes listening to,”Don’t worry, be happy.” Over and over! Finally, Debbie answered. Debbie said,”She’ll call over to the warehouse to check on my order and she’ll get right back to me.” She did call me back on the 6th day(May 28) and left me a voicemail starting,”My gorilla pad had shipped and here’s the tracking info.” My invoice online still stated,‘unfulfilled’. I logged into fedex and she was right! It was shipped from Ohio. It was delivered on May 30, 2020 at s as approximately 2:00pm. Exactly 8 days from placing order!! I was truly worried after reading some reviews but, I have to say, I’m very satisfied! Give everyone a break right now, under these circumstances! Thank you!!

Items took a little longer than expected, but what isn't lately? The appearance of tracking without any tracking info provided. It was like the old days ... you order something and you wait. Then it just shows up.
