After 5 years of uninterrupted trouble free service, we began having trouble with the heat pump tripping off. After talking with these guys we decided to replace the least expensive panel. It seemed to help for a while, then the heat pump quit working - time to buy the more expensive panel. After discussing the problem again, it was recommended I check the breaker in a certain way . The breaker was bad - cheap fix - working great.

Extremely over the top on customer service

Our pool heat pump was installed for the summer of 2019. I set the thermostat to the desired temperature and the pump takes care of the rest. It worked flawlessly until the end of the summer when the temperature sensor stopped working correctly. Pool heat pumps sent me a new one right away. However, the service company that was assigned to install it never contacted us. I will contact pool heat pumps soon to get the new sensor installed before the start of the 2020 season. The staff are available by phone and very informative. I would assign five stars if the sensor had not failed.

Good people to talk to. They gave me good advice and the machine has worked well.
