Purchased Gulfstream 122 BTU heat pump…
Purchased Gulfstream 122 BTU heat pump back in August. Install was completed early September. Unit works great. Closed pool last weekend October 24. Was able to extend season for grandkids and look forward to opening in the spring and using the pool right away. The customer service is top notch. Unit works great with minimal impact on electric bill. Latest bill was only $5.00 more than previous month and $35 more compared to last year’s bill. Thermostat was set to 85* with solar cover on at night. Had no problem keeping pool comfortable during cool fall nights in Virginia. Knowledgeable staff great company to do businesses with.

it takes longer to heat the pool.
it takes longer to heat the pool.
Response from Poolheatpumps.comSep 23, 2020
The owner of the company sent you an email to talk with you about this problem. You did not ask us for advice on the size of pool heat pump you need. We would like to know the size of your pool so we can determine if you purchased the correct size pool heat pump or if there is something wrong with the unit itself. Thank you.
