Great service. Quick shipping.

We had a wonderful experience and Asa was knowledgeable about what we needed and our product arrived on ti.e and i. great condition. Has been working great since we installed. Cannot thank Asa and PoolHeatPumps enough for the great product and service.

Excellent service delivery on time Thanks 👍

Great company to deal with, helped with sizing and delivery was prompt. Thank you.

It was a pleasure working with Asa from poolheatpumps.com. The communication and interaction was fantastic and the pricing for the heat pump that I bought was the best I found. The first two heat pumps arrived damaged which is an issue with the way that the manufacturer packages the heat pump. Asa had another unit shipped out immediately each time. The 3rd unit arrived in perfect condition. I hope not to need another heat pump but will definitely look at poolheatpumps.com for other pool equipment.

love my heat pump easy to install love it

Ordered twice from this company and they were fantastic both times! Asa is super knowledgeable and helpful and had the best prices we could find!!!!

The service I received during the online ordering process was outstanding! Every question was answered quickly and honestly. My heat pump was shipped expertly. Everything was well packed and arrived quickly. The unit is now hooked up, but the weather hasn’t been cool enough to really test it out yet. I look forward to to the cooler late summer and fall nights when we can really reap the benefits. Overall, this was one of the best online purchasing experiences I’ve had. I wouldn’t hesitate to order again!
