Extremely fast shipping. Heat pump working as expected

These guys are no nonsense and will not try to oversell you. Great company to do business with. Have recommended them to others and will continue to.

Excellent customer service for advice, ordering and delivery.

My pool pump was perfectly selected based on my pool’s specs and delivered securely without damage. Now installed works great!

Fair price, quality Equipment! Purchased a 110,000 BTU Gulf Stream heat pump. This works great on my 12 x 24 pool love it! We had solar panels on the roof prior to buying this heat pump. I was concerned about the monthly cost of using a heatpump but found that it only runs for about a hour a day to make up for the heat loss overnight. In the summer I keep my pool at 86 during the week when not using the pool that much and turn it up on the weekends. The Cost for the electric really hasn't been much! I would also like to add that Poolheatpumps.com was really easy to work with and delivered my equipment the next day! The delivery driver actually set it on the side of the house right where I was going to install it!

Asa was very helpful in ordering our new heat pump. He kept us updated along the way as there were some delays with the manufacturer and their ability to get the parts needed to ship out right away, but that was the name of the game this year. I would definitely purchase from poolheatpumps.com again.

Great price, service and value,

Very happy with the high quality service and quick delivery. Which is why I after almost 20 years I am a returning customer and purchased another Gulfstream heat pump.
