I installed the heatpump but it will not turn on. Have made multiple attempts at contacting customer service but each attempt has resulted in voice mail with no return call. Update: Dec 6 I received a call from Poolheatpumps. They were very apologetic and very helpful. They have shipped replacement parts. I will update again once I get the heatpump working.

This pump has worked miracles in extending my pool use. Even after temps dropped into the 50’s I turned it on around noon in combination with my solar blanket and was swimming in 85 Degree water at 6pm
