Lovely boots
Lovely boots. One set was too small and customer services sent out another free of charge and let me keep the current ones. Nothing but 5 stars for this company! Love Pompons!

I have made an order more that 1 month…
I have made an order more that 1 month ago and I still didn't receive it... therefore I have paid extra to have an express delivery and it didn't help to speed up the process.

Very effective and fast customer care
Very effective and fast customer care. I bought shoes wrong size and they immediately support me changing size. Evend if I bought wrong size I can confim the goos quality of the product. I highly recommed Pompons!

Too expensive for the quality
Too expensive for the quality. The product looks and feels very cheap for the price. the packaging is in a plastic zip lock. No tracking of package. Even the cust care Agent cannot track the package.
