Poloniex was a great exchange, however, not any longer. I've been waiting for the company to follow its policy and manually approve a withdrawal of mine for almost 2 weeks. I've sent several details to a support ticket and haven't heard anything back. Because they're now demonstrating behaviour that isn't legitimate, I've now had to submit a request to the SEC and BBB to try to recover the funds they're holding. I can say that normally I'm pretty accommodating exchanges because let's face it, this is a new territory for many of us, however, f Poloniex. I've given them a number of chances to remedy the situation with me and they're basically ignoring me. My advice, move your funds anywhere but here.

over a month on my support ticket, tried to transfer BTS to a linked acount, apparently I entered the address in wrong and got a transfer failed - if it failed why dont the funds just go back into my account!? Not one word from support, and bts has crapped out, lost 2k and nothing I can do about it, still have over 1k invested that It doent look like I'll ever see. Worst customer support ever they should get out of business if they cant handle it, quit ripping people off.

Really bad experience with poloniex. I've deposited some tokens weeks ago, transaction went through and it sits in their hot wallet and i am not credited. My ticket is unsolved for weeks.

Bloody terrible I lost 60 Ethereum worth £17,400 Basicly I tried to withdraw some funds and the transaction said approval needed so I opened a support ticket up after 72 hours but poloniex never got back to me at all now after 40 days of creating support tickets everyday and trying to get my money back I have accepted I will probly never get my funds back! DONT NOT USE THIS SITE PLEASE ITS NOT NICE TO LOSE THIS AMMOUNT OF MONEY

Poloniex is a real bad business, no Support, no response to Tickets, nothing. They go in complete hiding if there is any problem.

This polonix site customers support services is not better because this site not resolved any problem of freeze not resolved my account problem and freeze my 1.95ETH coin and not responde and not help for support team

They may have stolen my half an Ether. I have been waiting for 12 days now and haven't heard back from their customer service at all. Even a note to tell me they are working on it would be appreciated- but no they have not even done that. I had made two deposits of 0.5 ETH. The first deposit never showed up so I read some more and it said I had to deposit a full ETH before my balance will show up. So then I deposited another half ETH and the second deposit showed up, but the first one never did. According to their deposit rule they were both suppose to show up after I deposited 1 ETH. Maybe I did something wrong? Well I don't even know if I did or if it is something that happened on their end because they haven't gotten back to me. This site might be a scam- more specifically, they apparently don't get back to their customers and keep their money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS EXCHANGE. They may have lots of coins to trade but until they actually help their customers (apparently we are not valued) this site is horrible. How are they operating in the United States with such unprofessional conduct!???! Unbelievable! I am convinced they have stolen my half Ether! As soon as they give me back my Ether I will change this review. I won't hold my breath.

Disgraceful company. Don't send coins in or out they will lose them and basically ignore your support tickets for days on end, only responding with a "sorry to hear that we will look into it" After that they will continue to ignore you and not update the ticket status. I'm over a week into over 1.5k worth of missing coins and have no idea if they are able to fix their mistake
