I sent o.52 eth its been over 72 hours and they have not credit nor reply my messagss this people are a bunch of thieves, the owner of the site will burn in hell.

Deposit & Withdrawal slow (about 12h) I bought some cheap Lisk (1$ cheaper than Bittrex). I had no problems i think they are just overloaded. Or maybe selective scam?

Withdrawal has been pending approval for more than 1 month.

I sent Eth to Poloniex address 8 days ago, the transaction has been confirmed over 30,000 times, but the balance is still 0. Support does not reply, so I'm afraid they stole my money.

I deposited around 0.19 bitcoins into poloniex and only got 0.1 the other 0.09 is in limbo.. It has been confirmed on blockchain but not showing up in poloniex.

Poloniex is basically a dying, useless, machine, whose only existence is due to some kind of unfortunate first-mover advantage. I cannot cancel my open orders. There's nothing telling me what's wrong. It just won't do it when I click 'cancel'. One well-regarded Steemian says it's been going on every time there is a peak in traffic for three years. I agree; it's clear they're being greedy and not investing any money in their infrastructure. Their support system is so slow it's unusable. How long can it last? I'm AMAZED people are still using them. I was new to the cryptocurrency scene and didn't realise it had the history it does. So let this be a warning to others: they're lazy, and don't reinvest. Therefore probably not secure, either, certainly long-term. DO NOT USE.

Have submitted multiple tickets to resolve a frozen account issue. My account has been frozen for over 1 month without the ability to trade or withdraw funds. Completely unacceptable that they don't respond to any tickets.

Poloniex Customer Support is terrible... I'm waiting for more than 20 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very mad!
