poloniex simply delisted clam for no reason and stole my money. avoid poloniex!!!!

I was not able to close my margin position for a long period of time and I got liquidated. I sent email and screenshots when I was not able to close my position, but Poloniex never replied. When they did (2 weeks later), they said its all good and nothing was wrong. I found out that other users were also not able to close their positions... This was clearly Polo scamming all traders so that it gain some profit... I decided to not trade with Polo for a year... but then I came back, and here is what happened this time: The liquidation calculator broke, resulting with saying that I was liquidated (I was not)... I reported and they said its just a glitch, nothing serious and they are working on it... Lucky I was, nothing happened, I had though to deposit more funds (in order to increase the liquidation threshold) as I was scared that they will do something tricky and liquidate me.... Anyhow, they fixed that, but now noone can trade as the orderbook is empty, no one can place an order and again the system crushed.... I think that Polo has terrible management, and are making horrible decisions! They are among the first one in the space, but they lack innovation and are seriously horrible as an exchange. Circle bought polo, and I think they made no upgrades or progress... (oh ok, they hired some support as they had noone working as 1st line apparently, tickets would take 3 months to get a reply).... They do not take responsibility for their actions, and they are always in denial and hidden out of sight... I suppose, there is a reason for everything ;)

They bacially steels your monie, they delist alter coins as they like and in most cases with no chance to get your values back. Just void them.

Hungry much "marie" ? Crypto retrieval my a$$$ss, stay away from that scam job. Hey at least you get to talk to the scammer, the scammers over at poloniex don't even bother to reply, but that's what's they do after they already stolen your money innit? See you in the news in 2 years time. Hope your jail sentences will be lenghty and they confiscate whatever goods you have aquired over all these years of stealing from your customers.

1 year ago I was Poloniex client and that was awful times. I have not seen a more terrible support.. they are the worst. After they were bought back, this platform died completely.

Days later and still no reply from these scumbags. I have complained to every financial authority in the US, my state's legislators, bbb, consumer protection and wherever I could find. I will be writing about this scam to all major news outlets next. You'd be better off lighting your money on fire then depositing with these scammers. At least you get to see some sparks fly.

When crypto trading was barely born Poloniey used to be somewhat of a pioneer. Now, when the Circle Trading UK Limited took over the platform, service quality went downwards rapidly. The service lever has never been great, but now the service adviser literally seems absent, not just anonymous. Watch out! Do not entrust a service provider without any accessible, transparent and responsive customer service desk with your money! Poloniex is a incompetent support see unconscious of the turn of the exchange: automated responses, no phone number, no concrete addresses, highly doubious.
