Poloniex are lawless. They fabricated a lending loss after their systems failed to execute the correct stop losses. As a result, users were forced to accept a socialised loss of 16.2% of their holdings. Even users who didn't have an account when this incident happened. Their reputation is in tatters, they block accounts on both Twitter and Reddit when asking about refunds. They even moved from the USA to the Caribean and now to the Seychelles to avoid law enforcement. Do not invest any Bitcoin or Crypto this sham company. Avoid at all costs!

Poloniex delisted some of the coins i have, and then removed them from my account. i wrote to the support, but after several weeks, they just ignored my emails. really bad way of working. I stopped using this exchange.

Poloniex are refusing to send my funds I held in crypto currencies they've delisted. They have just outright stolen my money.

Unfortunately they operate in a very scammy manner. Delisting coins over personal vendettas among other unacceptable reasons causing the markets to be manipulated. Terrible.

Delisted everything, even active projects since 2014 with ongoing development and $50m market cap and decent volume for no obvious reason. Poloniex lost their traders trust, even the trollbox is silent.

They delist the only real coins and keep chinese scams. Probably after your money. Be careful

Terrible support & Scam artists I keep getting emails stating "Poloniex US is closing. You must withdraw all of your crypto before December 16, 2019. You will no longer have direct access to your Poloniex US account if you don't withdraw all of your crypto before December 16. All cryptocurrencies remaining in your account after that date will be traded into and stored as USDC.", but when I go to withdraw funds it says "This account is frozen.". Tried contacting support twice with no reply for weeks.
