I conducted surveys in three languages
I conducted surveys in three languages. Turnaround time was extremely quick and sample was good quality. In one survey, I accidentally selected the wrong question type (numeric open text instead of open text) and didn't realize the mistake until I reviewed the results. Pollfish offered to re-conduct the survey at no cost since their reviewed missed it too. The make-up survey was turned around same day. I am very happy with the good service from Pollfish!

Phenomenal
Phenomenal Having used many survey creation alternatives, including high-touch professional services firms, I can say after one experience with Pollfish that it's the best experience I've had. Easy to create, easy to analyze, extremely fast turnaround. Used the web app version.

* I had to discard about 20 responses because people answered, "pay me" and took my survey as an opportunity to complain about Pollfish. * When I defined my sample it appeared to me that it would take 2 days to do the field but it actually took more than a week.

Our platform's methodology is based on distributing surveys to real mobile respondents taking surveys in real-time. Our system's providing a time estimation regarding completion based on historical data but since our audience is dynamic sometimes the estimation might be slightly off. My user completed 1 survey but i didn't get any revenue they said me they can solve it but they are solving my problem and not adding money to my revenue dashboard

Hi there! Our team has evaluated your feedback and found out that the mentioned user completed your own internal survey. Internal surveys are surveys that are created by a partner developer on their own (targeting their own app) - this option is provided for free. I am afraid that Pollfish returns no payment to internal surveys as stated in our documentation.

great but shame about extra costs.
its good but a tad expensive. i think the option should be to pay more or wait longer for specific demographics, it was a shame it asks for 50 euro more. in terms of data though it was great. very easy to navigate the results and lovely graphs.
