BEWARE!!!!!! This product was impossible to get to work. I asked two other tech savvy friends to see if they could work out how to operate this waste of money product and it was a failure. Returned to the address in Lithuania (which I doubt even exists) on 16/01/24. Sent by registered post. Cost me $56.15 to return product. After numerous emails to the company asking when I would receive my refund and no replies the product was returned to me saying item was "unclaimed". I emailed this company to let them know my response to their non existent return policy and they sent me an automated reply saying they were to busy to reply to me due to an overload of emails from obviously very unsatisfied customers. Purchase at your own risk.

WARNING - HOAX COMPANY POLIGLU. • I bought a Poliglu translator and it didn’t work. Could not communicate with the app. • Support promised to solve the problem - NOTHING happened. • Decided to return the product and get my money back. They deliberately sent me a WRONG return address so my package ended up at a pickup point in Lithuania ($25 postage) without being picked up. • Company asked me to retrieve the item and send it to another address. • It has not yet come back to me and now the 30 day return limit has run out and now they will not accept paying my money back. • SO DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY FOR SURE. When they write to you they apologize for all the unconveniences they have caused, but it is all calculated. They have NO INTENSION of returning your money.

Achtung, das ist nur ein Bluetooth Lautsprecher mit einer Schlechten App. Die Spracherkennung funktioniert im Prinzip nicht. Die Ware kam defekt und beschädigt an. Nun soll ich den Artikel auf meine Kosten nach Litauen schicken. Ware kommt aus China. Ich kann das Produkt nicht empfehlen.

Meinem Großvater wurde über ein Verkaufsportal ein Produkt (Direktübersetzer) beworben, das jederzeit aus der Tasche geholt werden und sofort übersetzen kann. Dass für das Gerät eine dauerhafte Verbindung zu einem Smartphone+App bestehen muss, wurde hier natürlich in den Werbevideos schön rausgelassen. Ohne stabile Internetverbindung und Smartphone ist dieser Direktübersetzer also vollkommen unbrauchbar. Edit 27.02.2024 Die Rückerstattung wurde von Poliglu veranlasst.

I was so excited to get this Poliglu translater for my upcoming trip to Asia. I was able to connect to my phone. The volumn sounded good. Then I tried to download the app and it would not load. I tried deleting and reloading… I followed their troubleshooting instructions… the App will not load! The translator is useless without it. They say they will take a return, but I would be out the shipping both ways! Plus the warranty I bought! Why not fix the App?!! Scam?!

I purchased two of these units and despite numerous attempts and despite the translator connected to my Samsung S22 phone (bluetooth) the program is not recognizing that it is connected to the translator and as such will not move past the program connection page!!! This has been very frustrating especially purchasing a product that does not work. Customer service and not been supportive and keep suggesting to delete the program and try again. This company does not stand behind their product and will not take a return because it past the 30 day policy!!!

Update: Thank you Trustpilot. The company responded to this review, and within 3 days refunded my money. This review is about the Lithuanian company Logismart & website rather than Poliglu translator, which may or may not be okay. I read a positive review in a reputable magazine, and ordered 1 on website. It was so confusing that I ended up buying 4 by mistake. Order couldn't be cancelled after 1 minute.Using their RMA, I returned the items which were sent back because they contain "batteries." The company said the RMA had a place to indicate 'electronics" which it did not. They told me then to use a different carrier ($250 at UPS rather than $28 at USPS) and write "electronics" on the RMA which is put on outside of package. UPS wasn't sure it would go through customs in NY anyway, so I am stuck.
