I have just had our car in for its first MOT I had a telephone call 90 Minutes before my appointment to tell me they had an internet outage. I was contacted later to inform me the problem was resolved and arranged a new appointment the same day. When I arrived they couldn’t apologise enough. I have left main dealerships due to the service centres not caring for customers This service centre treats customers as they should be treated.Well done for today and previous services

I felt I had to send this review of my experience at Polesworth garage as people are very quick to complain but not so quick to give praise when somebody/business goes out of their way to make your experience of buying a used car a pleasurable one. I just turned up interested in 2 used cars, the salesman listened and then recommended one over the other. After moving 4 cars sent me off on a test drive. I liked it and then had to organise finance with them which was quick and easy and not judgemental. I passed! I signed the paperwork and arranged to collect it the following week. It had 12 months MOT on it, been serviced, valeted and new car mats(nice touch). The salesman did the handover and explained it in my terms not confusing jargon and off I went very happy. Can thoroughly recommend Polesworth garage.

Went into this garage and was looking to purchase a new car, Richard was very patient, supportive and made sure everything was perfect I couldn’t of asked for a better experience, not pushy like a lot of car dealerships can be, he asked all the right questions to make sure I left with the perfect vehicle Thank you again, really pleased with the whole experience

I can only rate the experience based on the sales service as I have only had the car a few days. The process was really quick from enquiry to collection took a week. Steve was really good, thoroughly went through all the car gadgets etc so that I knew how to use it properly for best economy etc. I’ve never had that before so it was nice for someone to take the time.

Had my first major service, car was collected from my work between 8-9 the only thing I had to do was chase the collection as it had gone over the time but driver was on the way HS2 has a lot to answer for . I then received an email with list points on the car . I was contacted to see if I wanted to have the wipers replaced , staff were nice and polite and friendly . The car was dropped off back at my work at 4 looking beautiful inside and out. What was even better I pay into a service plan so no nasty bills especially at this time of year . A1 *****
