Polesworth GarageReviews of polesworth-garage.com

Our first time using Polesworth Garage and it has been a great experience. Matt Davis has been polite, knowledgeable and very helpful throughout. He has kept us informed at every stage making the purchase of our new Suzuki Swift a smooth process from beginning to end. We’ve collected our new car today and are really pleased. Thank you Matt. Matt was excellent. Very informative and very helpful. We picked up our new MG today and we couldn’t be happier. Thanks Sylvia and Fred

Speaking mainly about the person who dealt with us. The garage has only very recently become a dealership for MG but Matt Davis, our sales person was 100% knowledgeable and able to answer informatively every question asked. He managed to get a car transported to the garage very speedily, in order for us to test drive the car in which we were interested. He was readily available by phone or impromptu drop in. No hard sell, just relevant information as needed.

Matt proved to be a real asset to the garage. He was polite and very informative which put me at ease and comfortable when asking the questions. Thank you Matt you made everything a smooth experience.

2nd Car I have bought from here now and both times have been a great experience. This time I dealt with a gentleman called Matthew Davis, he was very helpful and efficient keeping in touch throughout every step. Very quick, easy process. Thank you Matt

Had my car breakdown and after being towed to Polesworth Garage the staff informed me that the car was probable not worth repairing. The very help full lady at the service garage arrange a courtesy can and suggested I look at the forecourt in the town. On arrival I was greeted by a very helpful Matthew who help us find a suitable car. On completion of the paper work and collecting the car I was very happy with the service given and also the whole experience was made as painless as possible. I was kept up to date on the progress and have a nice newer car.

Went to polesworth garage today ,wasn’t sure what I was looking for but I wasn’t disappointed with the choice . I spotted a Nissan juke more or less instantly that I was very drawn to. I was approached by mark and he instantly gave me all of the information that I was looking for the service we received was excellent and I would definitely recommend polesworth garage and indeed mark to all of my family and friends. Thanks mark x

Collected my new car today 03/03/25. All members of staff were really helpful and greeted me with a smile. I didn’t feel pressured by them at all to order/buy a car, like you do at some garages! When Rodney Ashworth (sales executive) did the handover at the end, he was really helpful and answered all my questions. He even let me choose my number plate from a list of new number plates! Which I felt was a nice touch. Thank you ever so much Rod.
