i ordered a package that was supposed to be a gift to my boyfriend. emailed them feb 17th that my package was returned to sender for no reason. heard nothing back so emailed them again tuesday. i sent a third email thursday and once again, heard nothing back, up until my packaged arrived back at their door. they offered no help and just gave me a refund. won’t be ordering from them again.

I ordered two packs the master and Charizard pack the Charizard pack was supposed to come with 4 Charizard themed packs and I only got one the master pack had a bonus pack with it which was a paldean fates pack which is very dumb do not buy from these guys almost a hundred dollars and the return value of what I got was under 40

I ordered on Jan 7th and there were some issues with the discounts in my opinion. The shop didn't see any issues and claims that everything worked as it should. I wrote a bad review on Google. My order is registered with DHL but is still not on its way. 20 days have passed since I ordered. I don't know if they are purposely delaying the order because of the bad review or if they are just very slow. I am not getting any answers from their support team since I gave them a bad Google review... Additionally, a bunch of items were removed from my order.

Literal snakes and shills of the hobby. Stay away from them and Whatnot if you don't like paying 10x for a 2 dollar card. They are manipulating their auctions and just purely scamming dumb people as they laugh to the bank.

Received damaged product, reached out to customer service 4 times in a month then finally got an answer saying they will just refund, I told them I was hoping to just get that same product again, no response after a while so I told them to forget it and give me a refund and they didn’t pay the full refund. Also they hand pick their reviews on their site. My 1 star review didn’t make it on there

The shipping was on time, the cards weren’t fake, but they all were bad cards for the price I payed. I payed 50$ for these cards and I got 13$ of value from them. This also happened to my sister. Poke collects gets most of its cards from people(anyone) selling cards to them for money. Of course they’ll give them the trash V-stars and V-maxes so the buyers get this cards for LITERALLY twice the price. Not fun at all.
