obviously hand chosen pokemon cards. value of $30.00for 5 full art cards and majority of cards were promos and garbage cards that I already had multiple copies of. making tons of money off of crappy cards sent. I would highly recommend spending your money on purchasing the cards you want instead of paying this much money for crappy value. They advertise ultra rares, but buyer beware they pick the cards that come into the pack, nothing trustworthy about this way of doing business when they can pick if you get anything of value. No more business from me, stick with tcgplayer and buy your cards and actually get the value of the purchase.

Amazing custom packs and pulled a fantastic selection of cards. Great customer service, they will help you in need of any question and will respond quickly. Overall an amazing team would recommend to buy from them.

Great site.I feel like I may have found a new place to go for the cards I've been trying to collect.

Really awesome in general. The cards came within a week and we're pretty awesome. I spent 60 dollars on the premium mystery box and got 8 ultra rares *pretty cool*. The cards were all pretty cool, but kind of the same as most youtubers get (Excluding UnlistedLeaf). The chances of getting for example a rainbow rare are low considering they hand pick the cards, but it was still a really awesome experience. The customer service was also amazing and they were really nice and understanding. I recommend watching some YouTube videos to see what you'll likely get (NOT UnlistedLeafs considering the company probably gave him some good stuff for the video). My favorite card was the Japanese toxicity vmax and it has really cool art. I managed to show off to my friends with some of these awesome cards. Overall, I'd likely buy again.

This was the best website I ever went to, Really low prices on the cards, All sorts of japanese and rare cards and this is the perfect thing to give a friend!!!!

Beware of Poke-Collect. I pre ordered a Pokemon Vivid Voltage booster box from them back in mid October. However I never recieved my box after waiting for 4 months. I contacted customer service multiple times about my order and never recieved any response. I contacted them via email, phone, and on there Instagram account but recieved 0 response from any of these methods. This is terrible customer service and I would not recommend purchasing from them. After waiting 4 months my purchase was refunded to my account with no further explanation from the company. I had not sent any notice that I wanted to cancel my order.

Everyone beware. I had a pre order for vivid voltage from the site Poke-Collect that I placed in early October. They order still hadn’t shipped and there has been no communication from the company. I sent an email asking for an update and they refunded me without notifying me. Bad business practices. When asked on their social media they deleted the comments
