I am rating it a 2 because the games are fun. However, if you have any issues at all, forget about any kind of customer service. I've paid to play for years to do away with ads but there is not one single avenue available that will actually resolve any issues you have. I feel so stupid because all of this time I've been paying and never realized that any type of customer service just doesn't exist. They tell you to email and then suggest you go to the Q&A to solve your problems. Wow, Brilliant. I won't be paying anymore that's for sure.

I have been a pogo member for more than 20 years now and EA Sports seems to be on a mission to destroy pogo. I was playing Poppit Bingo on July 6. I needed to buy some Cactus Cash using my gems. I got this message "TRANSACTION FAILED PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER". 20 minutes later I tried again and same exact message. I ended up trying 4 times and I came back later that day and I was shocked to see that POGO took all 4 "FAILED" TRANSACTIONS and "unfailed" them? They wiped out 335 gems and never told me they going to do so? I wrote their Customer Torture dept. asking them to reverse the purchases. They told me dozens of lies! They promised me a refund and then decided to break their promise! And then on a live chat last week I explained in great detail why they had no right steal my gems. The agent and his team said I was right but they said that the gem log of purchases they needed to use as evidence only goes back 30 days. Which is a total lie because I have screen shots! I offered to provide them my screen shot and they terminated chat at that point. They destroyed evidence to prove their innocence!

came back after years and it is really annoying, takes forever to get in a card game, chat does not work, constantly booted disconnected or other players get booted, everything games takes forever to get started, fustrating is putting it mildly. Dont bother really,

I have been a Pogo subscriber since 2006 and it used to be the best site ever unfortunately is not the case for the following reasons. 1) Is almost impossible to play any new levels games because are made so difficult that constantly we have to wait for reshuffle and the only way to advance is to buy moves or powers with gems which I can afford once a month. For example, in the new game Garden Blast I am stuck on Random level 200 which is impossible to complete and therefore I will not be able to play this game anymore because it does not allow to go to a new Random level 2) We also cannot buy gems because it says that the site is having problems and we are asked to try later. 3) I reported this to the customer support but they do not even bothered to answer. When the next renewal is due I will probably not renew my membership because there is no point as I can only play few same level games and it is becoming very boring. This view is shared by a lot of other players. Is obvious that now the person responsible for Pogo does not understand players needs and it driven by greed which is a terrible shame because Pogo was the most amazing gaming site and out of loyalty I need to let you know and I would even be surprised if I receive an answer.

I have no idea what platform this game was built with, but it has to be the same as Poppit Bingo. This is beyond insanity for speed....slower than my grandmother. Either delete the entire thing and start over programming, forget it and give up and OM $#@$#@ G why the is it the game of the month?

I've been a member almost since the beginning and looked forward to playing various games on the site whenever I had some free time. Customer service used to be helpful and able to correct problems on the site. But I'm sorry to say. . . "No More!" Games don't work and no one cares. Sorry to be saying Good-Bye, but this has become highly frustrating and no longer fun.

After over 20 years of playing the site has turned into a bad deal for me. The new games are designed to sell you powerups and are blatantly rigged. Every day something is not working properly and the complaints go ignored. If you enjoy being ripped off and dealing with incompetence and apathy this is the site for you!!!!

They don't listen to their paying players! In the past week there have been pages written in the forum on the game "Garden Blast" impossible to complete the game and win any badges for it, you must play the game to go forward in their free event celebration! Now they have made their monthly game this too!!! No one has responded to any thing written there!!
