I've been a pogo member since 2002. I've enjoyed many years of fun games and now that's coming to an end. Pogo is now geared towards making money as their priority and some of us long time customers will not be renewing. It's a shame because that's been my relaxation and escape but now it's turned into a frustration. I will not be renewing and will find someplace else to play my games.

Portlethen charger - said 200kw charging but after downloading the app, registering with umpteen codes emailed and texted to verify account, the app didn’t work and sat spinning for 5 minutes. Eventually managed to pay by card using the useless touch screen on the charger. Maximum charge was 51kw for the 3 minutes before I disconnected and went to a proper charge station. Despite the new looking charger I would not recommend at all, useless!

There have been multiple technical issues with several games for weeks now and zero resolution. They offer lip service to keep everyone happy, but no real fix. Don't waste your money on a subscription, look elsewhere for entertainment, unless an exercise in frustration is your idea of fun. Does no good to file a complaint, I haven't had a single one taken care of.

This app sucks so bad! Takes forever to get any money for the receipts you upload. Everything is 10 points (big whoop) you need 5,000 points to redeem $5.00. So I decided to download Monopoly Go. It’s a super addictive game especially when there was an opportunity to make some money. However, once I made the goals to get paid something of any worth while of course there was an issue and after a attempt with numerous emails I finally got a (human) or at least I thought was a real person as they us an AI CHAT BOT! I finally got paid my points that I had received and finally received approximately $45 in payouts. I was told that I should cease playing the game as POGO only allow one time fix. I decided to keep playing the game, as I enjoyed it and I made it to the next goal and got more money. I cashed out immediately after doing all this background information regarding who I was. I played the game more and finally made it to the next payout which was approximately $52 and the day before I got to the payout it showed I had still many days before the goal was to expire. So I make it to the goal and then the app shows that the goal had expired!!! It was like WHAT???? I contacted POGO and got the run around blah blah. We can’t help you we told you to stop playing the game blah blah blah. I responded by telling POGO, if you know there are issues why are you still promoting games that have issues? Why don’t you try and fix them and why do you only allow only one attempt to redeem the the points accumulated instead of just one time! still waiting for my $52!

Their support is a joke, I had been a member for almost 20 years, suddenly when I tried to sign into my account, they started saying they need to verify it's me, sending verification codes to my email supposedly . But I NEVER got the codes, even tried to have codes sent to my phone, but got nothing. When i tried their EA help support page, only got their AI chatbot when you click contact us button, there is no live support now at all. The site has just sent into the toilet! Can't sign into your own account & can't get any live support! They won't fix the games right either, just ad more pop ups to games to try to get you to spend more money , the games are like total rip offs now

Too many ads and point system is terrible.

I was a member since the beginning had to leave it for awhile as life got busy. Came back and again got a club pogo stupid mistake, I didnt look into it first to realize that now pogo is owned by ea if I had have known that I would have never gotten the membership. I tried playing the mahjong sanctuary for the badges, when I got to level 12 the tutorial gets stuck into a loop, so now I am stuck there and cannot go any farther. Conacting support is a nightmare once you find out how too. first they say they will be with you in a min..and 4 hrs later they finally show up after you have left.. just to tell you its fixed cause your not there and re open case if you have probs. again do that wait for 2 hrs to get them to finally say they will help..but wait instead close down the chat, and make me start over and wait another 2 hrs. then finally get some1, who listens and comes up with a bunch of bs that will never work but I did it all anyways.. came back on line and big surpize game still doesnt work now cant get ahold of any1. Try again later to get told sry we will send it on to our game department and they will look into it. When I told them that I did research on this and the game has been this way for 2 yrs..they just told me they are helping me.???How??? what a bunch of bs.

Moving your browser tells me they access my computer. Games are made with problems. Pogo has their own problem page and it’s loaded with problems. Facebook is free!
