My pogo was off line and did the "chat" some guy phoned and he was so RUDE and told me would cancel my account, after 14 years plus on this site. Never have I been treated so terrible from someone I couldn't understand Go to h__ pogo

in tri peaks when you click the pile, the pile flips 4 or 5 cards at once. it is irritating can't win

MEMBER FOR 19 YEARS, ALWAYS PLAY CANASTA, AM GOOD PLAYER, TRY TO INCREASE MY RANK SINCE OCTOBER 2022, NO MATTER WHAT RANK PLAYER IS PLAYING, I LOSE.MY RANK WAS 900 WHEN I STARTED, LOSE MOST GAMES AND RANK IS STILL 800-900. TOLD THEM OF THIS AND ASK IF THEY FIX GAMES, IMPOSSIBLE FOR MY RANK NOT TO INCREASE IN 8 MONTHS. DISGUSTED AND AM LOOKING FOR ANOTHER GAMES SITE THAT IS HONEST. WOULD LIKE TO REPORT TO STATE OF MASS. i pay yearly and am entitled to win like everyone. i get bad cars, no bonus cards, not fair.

I have been a member of POGO for 20 years, paying my membership yearly and last November of 2022 after renewing my subscription was dropped no reason for it and stole a whole years membership. I resigned up a new subscription and now after 3 months my subscription has been cancelled and the money I pad for a years subscription gone again. They tell you they can do this at any time they want for any reason. This is theft in the first degree and no one gives a damn !

There was a misunderstanding between pogo and myself, it has been resolved and I am now back on pogo. will find a new way to pay my subscription that is not PayPal

LOVE the games. HATE the way the challenge is so hard to have to BUY power ups. If you have any addiction problems DON'T start on this site. Been in since 2009 as a Paying member I've collected over 1000 badges. I've spent $1000s of dollars. IM SO STUPID FOR THIS. I need to delete and remove from my devices. But then I think of crap I'll lose all my badges I've worked so hard to get. HOLY CRAP ANGELA. Grow up. I'm 67 years old and can't control the addiction to win these damn badges.

Been a paying member since 2007. Started out liking it. Since the 'upgrade' its definitely gone downhill. Games that are weekly challenges become unwinnable, unless you have power-ups or gems to buy them. The fun has died. I understand the need for a challenge, but they have made some things impossible. Thanks for being a fun killer, Pogo.
