PodiaReviews of podia.com

I've used Podia for 5 years and am so glad I chose this platform for my business. I'm a coach and host an online membership community. The platform has been easy to use for me as a creator and I've received feedback from my community members they love the interface as well. As a creator, the templates, customization options and ease of use helps me save time, money and energy when I'm creating new products and working on my site. Highly recommend!

I have been a certified Podia Pro for a few years now and I can honestly say I don't want to build for my clients on any other platform. Not only is it incredibly easy to use as a designer... but I can actually hand over a website to my client that THEY can edit afterwards (I can't say the same for when I was building on other platforms). Their team is always incredibly responsive to support requests, and they iterate on their features as users share their feedback which feels like something very rare these days for other companies. I'm about as loyal as loyal can get to Podia - I love it!

It's my third year using Podia and I'm super thrilled with how all online business needs are being met at once in one place. I have a super beautiful website that I can update whenever I want, I blog and sell my digital products in any formats all on Podia. The customer service team is also top notch - fast to respond, quick to fix issues. I highly Podia for hassle-free online business experience.

Podia has so many options and tools--and the customer support is great!

Rodrigo from Podia was so responsive and helpful. I was having trouble setting up DNS records and in two steps he resolved the issue. Also, I have to rave about Podia in general. I just switched from a much more complicated platform. It was holding me back because I couldn't get it just right with the email automations, links etc. and I'm pretty tech savvy. With Podia, I was able to set up my website in a weekend! When you add products, they automatically create a sales page! So much is already preset and done for you I'm blown away! Call me a new THRILLED Podia customer.

The backend is clunky and basic. I have tried to get help on multiple occassions when i have started to send emails for a launch where they restricted my reach. I understand trying to teach how to not spam, but i was trying to send different emails to different groups of people. The chatbot was unhelpful and i had to wait 6 hours and still no response from a human. Frustrating after paying for a membership and still having restrictions.

Got some problems with AI. Guess support needs to get better.
