In a few days, they may take my property under the pretext of unpaid storage fees, which stem from their refusal to return or ship it despite all fees being paid and documents being provided. Instead of refunding my money or taking responsibility for their failed logistics, they intentionally drove my account balance into the negative and demanded a $567.00 "return shipping fee." They are officially holding my $2,000+ worth of physical property hostage at their Delaware warehouse, demanding a $567 ransom for their own operational failure. OFFICIAL ACTIONS TAKEN: - The Delaware Department of Insurance (DDOI) officially reviewed this matter and confirmed that Pochtoy.com LLC is NOT a licensed insurance carrier, meaning they are unlawfully collecting mandatory insurance premiums under false pretenses. - The Better Business Bureau (BBB) has officially hit this company with a failing "F" rating (Case #24735221) after they ignored multiple state-level mediation requests. Do not trust Pochtoy.com. Their paid "insurance" is a complete scam, and if their shipping route fails, they will freeze your account and hold your property hostage. I am currently pursuing a bank chargeback and preparing a small claims lawsuit against this predatory business.
