Pochtoy.comReviews of pochtoy.com

I ordered a rare vintage camera through pochtoy.com (tracking number 10315461412) delivered to Moscow. The item arrived quickly, in less than two weeks. The delivery, packaging, and processing speed were excellent. Customer support was quick and to the point. I don't use their service very often, but I've always returned to them over the years, and they've never let me down. I'll definitely order again. Thank you!

The package from the USA to Chelyabinsk arrived quite quickly; tracking number 10324107166 (CDEK), and the process turned out to be simple and straightforward. I could track the delivery at any time, and the package arrived in good condition. Overall, I’m satisfied; everything went smoothly.

Fast and secure. I’ve been using this service for almost a year to ship some collectible items from to the US to my soil (Russia and Belarus). So far so good. No glitches. Some issues with the upcoming parcels (to the warehouse) have been resolved successfully and in prompt time thanks to the much helpful support team. The prices (shipping rates) are rather good and the delivery is pretty fast and om schedule. As per request my items are packaged securely to avoid any damage during shipping. So, my items arrive in perfect condition. Usually, it takes around 10 days for a parcel to reach my destination complete with customs clearance. I will definitely use this service again and again. I highly recommend them. As a proof, last shipment received has tracking number 10314897478.

I ordered a bunch of CD albums for my collection through this service because they cost half as much in the U.S. as they do in Russia. I bought two of them through buyers, but then I was able to order them myself using a foreign credit card. All the CDs arrived in perfect condition, with no damage, in just under two weeks. One of the packages had been opened along the edge, but that was probably because customs inspected it. Aside from the “superfast” option, the pricing tiers are a bit odd, but that’s not a big deal if you’re ordering up to 5–6 albums, like I did. Tracking number 10311495498/1516053

From US to BY 10 days in transit during these ‘hard times’ - so they pleasantly surprised me – the account page is convenient and understandable, shipping tariffs are reasonable, and it was really fast, as I said. It's not secret the tracking # was 102605 75882 +few days before that in preparing and the flight itself. Of course the package was in a good shape. In short, it was a breeze. I'm planning sending another package right now - I hope they will keep up the standard.

I've been using this service for about three years. I haven't sent a huge number of packages, but I've never had any major issues. There are sometimes minor delays at various stages, but they've never been critical for me. Everything usually arrives quite quickly, especially with the SuperFast shipping option. Customer support responds promptly, and the prices are reasonable. My most recent shipment was a PC motherboard (tracking 10263085884). It arrived at the local pickup point just 13 days after I paid for the shipping. I appreciate that they ship items like this, as not all services are willing to handle such electronics. I make my own purchases in the US, so I can't comment on their order payment service. Overall, I'm satisfied with the service and can recommend it.

This is the fourth time I've used this service. I've been on a break for eight years, but I decided to order through it again. I placed my order through the operator on May 3, and I received my package in my city on May 29. While the shipping cost could have been cheaper, it's still cheaper than any other store in Russia. I ordered sneakers and jeans. The tracking number is 10266741814. The customer support team responds promptly.

I've been using this service for several years to forward my parcels, and they've never let me down. The interface is easy to learn, the prices are good and delivery is very fast. In one disputed case, when a package I didn't order arrived in my name, they were accommodating and didn't charge for storage. Delivery is always fast, I highly recommend them. track number is 10195080467
