Avoid by all means. Company is a scam - and they are dropshipping from China. I ordered more than two months ago and haven't received anything yet. They charged me on the day i ordered. Customer service as a robot sending the same answers. The two first times i ordered the same thing happened and it got there - but the process is frustrating, takes two months + each time and you have to fight to get what you paid for. Enormous dropshipping scam. AVOID.

It has been over two months since I placed my order, and I still have not received anything. I contacted Pneuma Tape multiple times. Every time, they replied saying, “It will arrive in a few days.” The exact same message, over and over again. Two months later, still nothing. No clear tracking. No concrete delivery date. Just repeated promises that were never fulfilled. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I strongly recommend avoiding this company. Save your money and your time.

We’re very sorry for the frustrating experience and completely understand your concern. We have already processed and shipped a brand new replacement order for you to ensure you receive your Pneuma products. As you are located in Japan and we ship from the United States, international shipping can occasionally take longer than expected. Our team has taken care of this and your new order is already on the way. If you need anything further or would like an updated tracking link, please reach out to us at [email protected] and we will be happy to help. Thank you for your patience and for giving us the opportunity to make this right. Pneuma Team

The website advises orders shipping 3-5 days I waited nearly 3 weeks to receive my order. When I asked to cancel an order the customer service team waited 10 days to reply and then said it was too late - which of course it was! When I asked to escalate the complaint they just gave a robotic reply again say it couldn’t be cancelled and not responding to my questions at all. The product is good but the customer service is awful absolutely shocking!

I returned to sender with confirmed tracking 30 days ago. They have yet to refund me and keep telling me "I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but we are still waiting for feedback from our team."

I placed an order with Pneumatape but never received the package, even though their system marked it as delivered. When I reached out to customer support, they initially just told me it was delivered and provided only a zip code, not the specific delivery address. It took four days before they said their team would look into it. It’s now been over two weeks with no further updates or resolution. I understand that delivery issues can happen, but the delayed response and lack of clear communication have been very disappointing. I hope the company reconsiders how it handles delivery disputes. This experience has impacted my trust in the brand.

We’re truly sorry for the experience you’ve had — both with the delivery issue and the way it was handled. While shipping problems can sometimes occur, it’s our responsibility to resolve them quickly and keep you updated every step of the way, and we clearly fell short here. We’ve since updated our process so that when a delivery dispute comes in, it’s escalated immediately with clear communication and a faster resolution timeline. Your feedback is helping us make those improvements. Please reach out to us directly at [email protected] so we can make this right for you right away. We deeply value your trust and hope we have the opportunity to restore it. Best, The Pneuma Team

Horrendous company!!! AVOID. I ordered 27 strips on Black Friday - a package arrived almost a month later with only 15 nasal strips. They have since changed their product to give a month supply that only contains 15 strips?!? I paid for 27 so asked that they send the remaining ones, I had an apology email returned and was informed that they would sort it and send my new ones. 18th of December I was told I would have another pack sent out, still waiting. Honestly - avoid the company. Worst customer service experience I have ever received. Go to boots instead!

We’re very sorry to hear about your past experience — that’s not the standard we hold ourselves to. It sounds like your order was affected during a period last year when we were transitioning packaging and fulfillment systems. That led to a few isolated mistakes, and yours was clearly one of them. Since then, our operations and customer service have been running extremely smooth, with very positive feedback and fast fulfillment times. We take your concern seriously and will go ahead and ship you a full replacement pack right away to make this right. Please reach out to [email protected] so we can confirm your address and ensure it’s sent promptly. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and for giving us the chance to show the level of care we now operate with. — The Pneuma Team

After seeing these all over UK socials I decided to order. Not only were they seemingly the most expensive ones available a 'month's supply' of 'sleep' stripes contains 15 stripes which have one use each? Make it make sense. I've so far been waiting 8 days and my product has not left CHINA. - So much for the quick postage / delivery I was hoping for.

Thank you for your feedback — we’re sorry to hear about the frustration with your order. We’ve since made improvements to our logistics, and shipping is now fast, typically 3–5 days depending on your location. For clarity, all of our products are manufactured in the U.S., and we source our medical-grade adhesive from Germany to ensure the highest quality and safety. Our Performance Strips come in packs of 15 (single-use, designed for training and daily activity), while our Sleep & Recovery Strips come in packs of 30 for a full month’s supply. We’re updating our product descriptions to make this clearer moving forward. We truly value your support and are committed to making sure your next order is seamless from start to finish. Paid them, waited 6 weeks, product never showed up. Wrote customer service and they just kept saying they were looking into it, but never got back to me with any info. A cash grab scam.
