Love the nose strips. By far the best that I’ve tried out. They are secure through all 3 sports of a triathlon and last as long as an Ironman. Will be wearing for all my future training and races.

I’ve been using these Pneuma nasal tapes for both training and recovery, and they’ve exceeded my expectations. I noticed improved nasal airflow almost immediately, especially during runs and HYROX-style conditioning workouts. They’ve been comfortable to wear and stay in place throughout my sessions.

Avoid by all means. Company is a scam - and they are dropshipping from China. I ordered more than two months ago and haven't received anything yet. They charged me on the day i ordered. Customer service as a robot sending the same answers. The two first times i ordered the same thing happened and it got there - but the process is frustrating, takes two months + each time and you have to fight to get what you paid for. Enormous dropshipping scam. AVOID.

One of the few brands I keep re-ordering from 😂 I’m already on my 7th order!! The nasal strips have been AMAZING for runs in crazy heat + humidity and somehow still stay on perfectly. But surprisingly my favorite product is the sleep patches!! Melatonin always gives me weird dreams + makes me groggy the next day, so I wanted something without it. These have genuinely helped me get the deepest sleep. My Oura Ring has literally been giving me sleep scores around 98 lately!!  Highly highly recommend!!

It has been over two months since I placed my order, and I still have not received anything. I contacted Pneuma Tape multiple times. Every time, they replied saying, “It will arrive in a few days.” The exact same message, over and over again. Two months later, still nothing. No clear tracking. No concrete delivery date. Just repeated promises that were never fulfilled. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I strongly recommend avoiding this company. Save your money and your time.

Pneuma tape used be great, good money and product ratio. In the last year they halved the amount of tapes per package for the same money, started to send packages slower and I am still to receive the last package I ordered 3 months ago. When I contact them, they don't always answer and when answering saying things like they can resend it. The status is clearly received, not sent. I don't recommend this company with the current customer service and price.

The website advises orders shipping 3-5 days I waited nearly 3 weeks to receive my order. When I asked to cancel an order the customer service team waited 10 days to reply and then said it was too late - which of course it was! When I asked to escalate the complaint they just gave a robotic reply again say it couldn’t be cancelled and not responding to my questions at all. The product is good but the customer service is awful absolutely shocking!

I returned to sender with confirmed tracking 30 days ago. They have yet to refund me and keep telling me "I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but we are still waiting for feedback from our team."
