I contacted Plymouth Rock to change my…
I contacted Plymouth Rock to change my address on my automobile policy and add Renters Insurance. I was very upset to find my auto insurance is increasing be several hundred dollars per policy period. I’m moving less than 2 miles away from my current residence and my car will be more secure than it is now. It will be housed in a locked garage where now it’s in a parking lot. I will not be recommending Plymouth Rock to anyone I know. Additionally, I’ve been a customer for decades with no claims.

Misinformed…
When I first was quoted a policy I was asked if I wanted to bundle a renter's policy. I said I would like to see how much cheaper it would be then my current policy. Got the quote and was told I could add it after I cancelled my current policy. Tried to add renter's and was told I didn't qualify, even though I was given a quote a few prior. That is why I gave 3 stars.
