You will believe that you have the best coverage $250,000 to a half a million dollars and a million dollar umbrella. I had never had an accident they paid for barely anything...even though it was entirely not my fault. I was t-boned by a driver who ran to a stop sign. I had a concussion whiplash and have had to have three separate surgeries since the accident. They have denied just about everything. We have paid them over $100,000 in premiums in the many many years we have been there customer. I Do not recommend this company. The claims adjusters were rude, condescending, and completely uncaring of my needs. My car was new only had 20,000 miles on it it was totaled. They also canceled our homeowners insurance I believe in retaliation. They have something in New Jersey called pip supposedly personal injury protection. I have thankfully great private insurance. They will not pay it they will find any reason to deny. They denied x-rays, MRI, pain management physical therapy my bills were quite high... It took them forever to even pay the ambulance bill which went into collection against me, as did many other bills. I think most insurance companies have a policy they want your money on time but when you need them they will not be there for you and this company surely will not. I'm writing this review to warn potential customers of the dangers that this company may present, if you should have an accident especially in a no fault state. By the way our premium was over $5,000 a year. Our homeowners was almost $3,500 a year times 20 years added up we paid them dearly. They gave me nothing and acted like I ran into myself. The most frustrating thing is to constant denials while you are hurting while you are injured. So even if you have great private insurance you cannot use it and if you do use it that means they won't have to pay. So it is a game to deny, deny, so that the doctors have no choice but to charge your private insurance therefore the insurance company doesn't have to pay. Doctors do not have time to file appeals wait and wait and wait while you are hurting and in need of surgery. I have never been more frustrated in my life. This accident has changed my life forever. If my experience can help one person...it makes me feel better 💪🏿🙏🏿👎🏿

Before they even issue payment for my totaled vehicle, they stop paying for my rental coverage. Very inflexible and rude. Supervisor of the adjusters are even worse.

Inspector showed up unannounced after I was explicitly told I would be called to schedule an appointment. Inspector had the wrong phone number and lied about trying to get an updated phone number from the company. I wasn't very pleasant with him because he woke me up and disturbed the neighbors by acting like a lunatic in my driveway, slamming on his car horn, yelling and pounding on my door. Then he lied about my inspection and the company cancelled my policy. I'm thankful this happened because I don't think I want to do business with a company that can't follow basic ettiquette like making an appointment and then practices retaliation over issues that THEY caused. Good riddance. Would not recommend. Edit/additional information: Why should I reply to Plymouth Rock, they've already made it clear to me that they won't insure me no matter what I do. Quote from the cancellation email: "Any remediation of the conditions cited does not alter the ineligible status of the property. We will not accept repairs for reinstatement consideration" One reason they listed for cancellation: "Debris in yard" What the hell is that supposed to mean? Why should I waste any more of my time with this company that clearly isn't a serious company?

Rate continues to go up after agreeing on a set monthly payment for car insurance. Still waiting for refund. No response yet.

Horrible. Is worse than a scam. This insurance is a money scamer. Worse decision to have this insurance. This is from my experience with them. They may say cheap insurance but they do not even cover even if you die in var accident or your house will get on fire. Stay away from this scam insurance. I have a house and 2 cars with them and I can not wait to get out from this insurance. I had a water on my house and did damage the place where the water went. I called to ask to cover for the expenses because that is the reason I pay the insurance to help me when I need it to cover me. But are careless. Was a small claim.

What doesn’t go wrong with car insurance coverage lol , I noticed my bill went up when I made an address change just last month sometime , my bill went up 150 $ add to each of my last 4 months payment which was about 40 extra each month , but just because of a change address, well Plymouth Rock for being so greedy considering I have been paying 300 dollars a month for the last 5 whole year do to a dui , those of you w dui , the insurance companies take advantage of the dui people, I havnt had a point in 5 years no tickets , and still paying max , goodbye Plymouth Rock progressive won again , stop taking advantage of dui drivers and changed addressers, you evil discriminators , God will condemn your evil doing, dui people just know I feel the discrimination, now if you get two duis then that’s yur dumb ass lol have a great day
