Plymouth Rock AssuranceReviews of plymouthrock.com

I got a fantastic rate, i got a call from luis after i was playing wirh online quote the night beofre and everything was a breze, wish i had switched last year and didn't give geico all that extra money for state minimum. I already told my brother to switch but unfortunately he just renewed his 6 month like a week ago and even he couldn't believe the rate i got as a relatively new driver and living in Boston.

I spoke to luis greate customer service

Great customer service and insurance prices

I was not familiar with Plymouth Rock. The representative, Lewis, was so caring and helpful. I felt comfortable and trusted him with my insurance, hence I did not pursue quotes from other companies.

I have been with the same (different) insurance company for 21 years. I had the absolute Pleasure of getting to speak with Karina Almeida on the phone yesterday 9-2-26. I was looking for quotes for home insurance and possibly thought about changing auto insurance to bundle because of increasing Premiums every year. Karina explained each and every question I had with confidence, expertise, and with a very pleasurable and friendly atittude. I did start my home insurance policy with you guys now and Karina Almeida was also to get me on the auto insurance bundle. She was absolutley amazing woman who made the entire process so understandable for someone who has no idea how the insurance process works, I had many questions and she answered every one for me in detail. She is an asset to your company and was wonderful! My parents and husband also heard her on the phone and also will all be switching to your company as well. as they were also very impressed with her phone manners, her personable personality and knowledge!

Eliot diner was very patient with me, never got annoyed at me. Always called me back and made sure we were on the same page- very knowledgeable and friendly.

Patrick the gentleman that helped me with my new policy was wonderful. He is knowledgeable, patient and extremely polite.
