Excellent Hair Removal, quick and easy . I am Loving My new Pluxy and all the extra attachments . I have used other hair removal products and this by far the best I have ever used.

The advertising stated product made in the USA, however it was shipped from china and is made in China. It does not work, head is too small, it does not grab any hair. When I contacted customer service I was informed that I needed to return the item at my cost to a California address (I am in Canada) with tracking # prepaid by me to qualify for refund. The link to pluxy returns does not work with the order # I was given, super complicated, this seems to be a major scam operation, beware, do not buy this device.

I tried this, and it was too hard on my sensitive skin, and it's been a NIGHTMARE trying to return it and get my $ back. I'm thinking of reporting them to BBB if I don't get some assistance. Don't order if you have sensitive skin!

I received something totally different that what was advertised. Tried to return it and got no satisfaction. Do not order!

Trying to return mine under their 90 day money back guarantee and no one will provide with the information so I am not pleased at all.

Have been looking for something that actually works and removes the basis on my face and chin. This is the best product I have found and wish I had found it earlier. Thank you Pluxy

First one that arrived didn't work and the replacement took a while to turn up. I think the epilator area is too small and enclosed, and unless you get it at exactly the right angle, it doesn't grab all the hair even if it's long. I had to keep going over the same area, trying various angles but it still didn't grab the shorter ones around my top lip. I think I'll just stick with my regular epilator.

The product came quickly, I charged and started the process. I am in the process now, and it's amazing. Not painful, an occasional light pince, but nothing like I've done before! Since I'm so new to the process, I can't say about the regrowth, but I am thrilled with the removal process so far!
