This little gadget is very handy. I keep it in my drawer and use it for a few minutes when I need it. Seems to hold a charge so it’s ready when I am. I’m very happy that I bought it.

So happy I found Pluxy! At last an easy solution to hair removal. I have bought both the facial and body Pluxy. So easy to use and gives impressive results. Hair free for up to 4 weeks. Love the foot file included too. The best I have ever used! An unexpected bonus. Great customer service. Easy to order and kept up to date with order progress. Would recommend without a doubt.

I have to agree with the people who have been trying to get a response from Pluxy. I ordered 3 of the epilators so that I could give 2 of them as gifts and keep one for myself. I want to return them but will probably just end up throwing them away. My skin is very tender and when I tried to use the product it took a chunk of skin. Yes I pulled my skin tight and followed the instruction. I cannot recommend this product.12/

Device stopped working about 15 days after it arrived for no apparent reason. It also really isn't great on course hair or shorter hair so you need to tweeze anyway. Plus I don't think it pulls hair out by roots as my skin was definitely irritated and suddenly had in grown hairs on my upper lip and face. I've asked for my money back but am not positive that will happen given the reviews on customer service... Bottom line, very disappointing...

Been trying to get in touch with Pluxy for weeks the phone numbers lead nowhere and virtually impossible to get in touch with them for a refund Being in England you would think they had an office here working on behalf of Europe Quick enough taking the money Will get in touch with trading standards asap another valuable lesson I’ve learned in future if nothing goes through PayPall i won’t be ordering anything else

Honour its commitment to full refund for faulty goods. : Order #82932 So annoyed damaged skin worked once and stopped working when I recharged it. To send back would cist more than the 50% they offered as refund. Buyer beware. Rate as a zero.

1) It arrived quickly with prep information in emails. Great communication. 2) It works really well. I've been waxing for a while and plucking so my hair growth is uneven. I've been using it every couple of days. This time I waited until there was quite a few hairs so I could really track the effectiveness. Got everything. Some hairs needed a different angle but were removed as well. You can feel it working but I don't find it painful. 3) I decided to try it on my toes... (hairy toes.. go figure) While it was a little more painful it worked like a charm and 2 weeks later they are still hair free.

Poor Customer service.The information presented online about the return policy was misleading. Pruxy's online advertisment the is misleading. It was just a misrepresentation with so many identical fake good reviews. The product is very slow, does not remove the hairs from the bottom, irritates the skin, and hair grows quicker than any other device. The 90-day return policy in the advertisement is false. I sent an email to return this item after 24 hours after the item was received, no effective response except fake buzz words such as we are sorry.. etc, with no action. Despite sending them several emails, no returned envelope was sent.
