The product was as described. It takes a bit to get the hang of angling it just right so it doesn't hurt as much, but very effective.

Anna was very helpful to me when I asked for a refund for the Epi Pro 3. She was understanding and made sure I had watched the how-to video and used all the tweaks available. My pluxy came to me broken and the support team was very apologetic and took care of the situation. They sent me out a new one after a few interchanges. They really care about their customers

I made a purchase of Pluxy and it was charged and only ran 5 minutes and quit. I got in touch with Pluxy and told them about the problem and I am happy to say they sent me a new one immediately. Great customer service. I highly recommend them.
