Terrible experience with this company. We ordered on the 1st of November and after initially been told a 6 day turn around were then informed that we would have our custom printed boxes in 15-18 working days plus a maximum of 3 day carriage; 21 working days maximum. We are now on working day number 28 and we have no boxes and no-one will answer calls, emails or even web chats. We were told 4 days ago that they would be shipped that day but still nothing and no reply when I have asked for a tracking number. At the end of my tether with them now

Super happy with our product! We ordered custom dye cut ice cream cone sleeves. Worked with "Alan Smith" super generic and initially a little skeptical- but company is legit. I received my product on July 12th, 2021- Our office is in Massachusetts. It arrived just 2 weeks after I ordered it. On time and great! Thank you Alan and Team.
