Absolutely Appalling The moment they received payment their customer service became unresponsive. I sent SIX emails requesting a tracking number—all ignored. Phone calls were never returned. We paid extra for rush delivery, which they promised they could meet on time and did not, promised to refund the rush fee and have yet to receive. They couldn't have been more attentive when trying to get our business, and couldn't care less once they had our money. Still waiting on part 2 of our order, have emailed and called 3x and so far no response.

Our company had a great experience with Chris Matin at Plus Printers! He was very efficient with email communications, answered every question proficiently, offered reasonable pricing compared to competitors, manufactured/delivered our custom boxes on time, and the quality is wonderful! We will definitely order here again.

Paid £132 for an order that was badly delayed, with poor communication throughout. We were repeatedly promised updates and delivery, but had to constantly chase for answers via email and phone. The order ultimately caused us significant disruption and extra costs. We were then promised a full refund and compensation, but despite this being confirmed, we are still waiting for our money weeks later. Our rep was Ron and we were told that he was in meetings constantly when we tried to reach out. This was the worst customer experience we ever had. We also used them for a different project and they printed the design wrong but we had a deadline so accepted it. Extremely frustrating experience. Would not recommend.

My rep is Chris Martin, he’s a great guy to work with. Their materials are top notch, the print quality is fantastic, and their customer service is very attentive. You’re assigned a rep who is always there when you need them, at all times of the day, which has been extremely helpful. It’s hard to go with anyone else when you have a packaging company always there to help. This isn’t to say there haven’t been hiccups or issues, but what matters is how they handle those issues and Plus Printers has treated me very fairly.

I loved the options and thought the solution we came up with was brilliant. A slide box for a gift thumb drive of irregular shape. Daniel Hills was my rep. Very helpful!

Product came out better than expected

Our skincare company and a sister supplement company have used Plus Printers for all of our product boxes for a year now. We are thrilled with the quality of the boxes as well as the responsiveness of the sales and customer service teams. I can't recommend them enough!
