I ordered a rug
I ordered a rug, the wrong color was shipped and I was notified that the color I wanted was not available, too bad but stuff happens. Plush rugs immediately issued a return at no cost to me. I thought it was great service. My wife selected a different color and we ordered it from Plush Rugs, it came in short order and looks great

Order issue
I had an issue with my order and I was pleasantly surprised when a person in this country answered the phone. They immediately took care of my request and solved it. My rug is absolutely beautiful and the staff is fantastic!
